Special education schools · Website

Build a website that tells a parent in plain words whether the school fits.

A website for a special school is the place a parent opens after a referral to check which needs the school serves, who teaches, and how to arrange a visit. GullySales plans and builds the pages, the enquiry form and the privacy handling, and promises no enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For special education schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must answer the fit question”

A parent opens the site with one question: will they take my child? The first screen should name the needs and ages served and offer a call or a visit, ahead of vision statements and awards.

  • “Accessibility is part of the message”

A school for children with disabilities whose own site is hard to read sends the wrong signal. Clear contrast, readable type, captions on video and a layout that works on a small phone make the site usable for families and staff with disabilities.

  • “A form should ask little”

A long form that asks for a diagnosis, reports and a full history before the first conversation turns away a tired parent. Ask for a name, a phone number, the child's age and the need, and let the call do the rest.

What we do

What we deliver for special education schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Need-wise pages

A page for each need served, with ages, support and the limits of what the school can offer.

Result: A parent can judge fit without calling.

  2. Staff and approach page

A page on how the school teaches, who the staff are and what qualifications they hold, as the registering body records them.

Result: Every qualification stated can be shown.

  3. Visit and admission page

The steps from first call to a place, including the observation visit and what the family brings.

Result: The page matches the real admission path.

  4. Enquiry form with privacy note

A short form with a plain note on how the details are used and who sees them.

Result: The form asks only what the first call needs.

  5. Photo and consent handling

Rules for what appears on the site, with the signed consent filed for any image of a child.

Result: No child's image goes up without consent on file.

  6. Accessibility and mobile checks

Checks for contrast, type size, captions and use on a small phone before the site goes live.

Result: The site is read and tested on a phone first.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these special education schools.

  • Schools for children on the autism spectrum
  • Schools for children with intellectual disabilities
  • Schools for hearing-impaired and speech-impaired children
  • Schools for visually impaired children
  • Schools for children with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities
  • Schools and centres for specific learning disabilities
  • Inclusive schools with a resource room or special educators
  • Early intervention centres that feed into a special school

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
That depends on what the old site holds. We review it against the questions parents ask and keep what works. A rebuild is proposed only where the structure blocks the fix.
Should staff names and photos be listed?
Staff names and qualifications help a parent trust the school, if the staff agree and the qualifications are stated as the registering body records them. Photographs follow the same consent rule as children's.
Where should the fees be shown?
Your trustees decide. If fees are not on the page, say how and when they are shared, so a parent is not left guessing.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
