Special education schools · Social media

Post about the school's work in a way that respects every child and family.

Social media for a special school is where parents, therapists and supporters see how the school teaches, through posts that protect each child's privacy. GullySales plans the posts, the consent rules and the replies, and promises no reach or followers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For special education schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is the family and the referrer”

Followers are parents deciding quietly, therapists who may refer, and supporters of the trust. Parents deciding quietly rarely comment. A post that answers an unspoken question, such as what a day in class looks like, serves them better than an event banner.

  • “A child's picture is the family's decision”

A smiling photo posted without written consent can reveal a child's diagnosis to relatives, neighbours and strangers. Posts built on rooms, materials, staff at work and artwork the family has agreed to share keep the page warm without the risk.

  • “Awareness days invite careless posts”

Days for autism, Down syndrome or disability bring a rush of generic graphics. A post from the school is more use when a staff member explains one real practice in plain words, such as how a visual timetable is used in class.

What we do

What we deliver for special education schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Consent-first posting rules

A one-page rule on what may be posted, who approves it and where the signed consent is filed.

Result: No post goes live without a consent form in the file.

  2. Content plan from classroom practice

A list of post ideas drawn from what staff do each day, with the staff member who explains each.

Result: A bank of posts the school can honestly stand behind.

  3. Parent-information posts

Short posts of general information for parents, reviewed by the staff member qualified to speak on the topic.

Result: Each post names its reviewer in the plan.

  4. Reply guide for comments and messages

Wording for thanking, answering in general terms and moving a personal question to a call or visit.

Result: A named person replies using the same approach every time.

  5. Community group posts for admin approval

Useful notes written for parent groups, sent to the group admin to approve and never posted as an advertisement.

Result: The admin decides, and the post reads as information.

  6. Awareness-day plan

A short plan for each awareness day the school marks, built on one practice or one event.

Result: Each day has one post with a purpose.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these special education schools.

  • Schools for children on the autism spectrum
  • Schools for children with intellectual disabilities
  • Schools for hearing-impaired and speech-impaired children
  • Schools for visually impaired children
  • Schools for children with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities
  • Schools and centres for specific learning disabilities
  • Inclusive schools with a resource room or special educators
  • Early intervention centres that feed into a special school

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should we use?
Start with where your own families already are, which the enquiry record shows. Instagram, Facebook and YouTube suit different posts. Check each platform's current rules before posting about disability.
Can we show a child's progress?
Only with the family's written agreement, and never as a claim about outcomes. A named child's progress is the family's story. Where in doubt, show the classroom and the method instead of the child.
Who should answer comments?
One named staff member, trained with a short reply guide: thank the person, answer in general terms and move any personal question to a call or a visit.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
