Special education schools · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for what families already ask, with consent and a human reply.

WhatsApp marketing for a special school is the use of WhatsApp, including WhatsApp Business, to answer parents, confirm visits and share information with consent. GullySales writes the replies, the broadcast rules and the hand-off to a person, and promises no response rate or admissions.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For special education schools

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents already message the school”

A family finds it easier to type than to explain a diagnosis aloud. A WhatsApp number answered by a trained person, with saved replies for visit details, directions and documents, meets the parent where they are comfortable.

  • “Consent comes before every broadcast”

A list of numbers collected at the gate is not permission. Families are added to updates when they agree, told what the messages will be, and removed when they ask. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging.

  • “Groups are for notices, not for the child”

A class group where behaviour, progress or diagnoses are discussed exposes families to each other. Use broadcast-style updates for notices and one-to-one chats for anything about a particular child.

What we do

What we deliver for special education schools.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business profile

A school profile with name, address, hours, a short description and a catalogue of what families ask about.

Result: A parent sees the school's details before sending a message.

  2. Saved replies

Ready replies for visit timing, directions, documents to bring and the admission steps, edited by the front desk.

Result: Common questions get the same clear answer.

  3. Visit confirmation message

A short message confirming the date, the entrance, who will meet the family and what to bring.

Result: Every booked visit has a written confirmation.

  4. Consent and opt-out wording

Plain wording for asking permission to send updates and for stopping them at any time.

Result: Each number on the list has a recorded yes.

  5. Broadcast rules

What the school may send, who approves it, and what always goes one to one.

Result: Notices go out in one agreed way.

  6. Hand-off guide

When a chat moves from saved replies to a phone call or a visit, and who takes it.

Result: A person picks up whenever a parent needs one.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these special education schools.

  • Schools for children on the autism spectrum
  • Schools for children with intellectual disabilities
  • Schools for hearing-impaired and speech-impaired children
  • Schools for visually impaired children
  • Schools for children with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities
  • Schools and centres for specific learning disabilities
  • Inclusive schools with a resource room or special educators
  • Early intervention centres that feed into a special school

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use a separate number for the school?
Yes. A school number on WhatsApp Business keeps staff phones private, shows the school's details and lets more than one person share replies. Decide who may reply and from which device.
Can we share assessment reports over WhatsApp?
Avoid it. Assessment and medical reports are sensitive, so share them through the channel your school has agreed and secured. Check data rules with your own adviser.
Will you send bulk messages for us?
We write the messages and set the rules, and the school sends to families who agreed. Bulk sending to people who have not asked is not part of the plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
