Tally and accounting institutes · Local SEO

Show up on the map for the few kilometres a student will actually travel to class.

Local SEO for a Tally and accounting institute is the work of appearing in the map results when a student or clerk searches for a course nearby. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the course names on it and the review flow that sit behind a local search.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For tally and accounting institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A student chooses within a bus ride or a short walk”

A B.Com student or a clerk after office hours will not cross the city twice a week. Maps shows the three nearest institutes, so being close and being clearly listed matters more than a distant, larger competitor.

  • “A listing that says Training institute tells the searcher nothing”

A profile with a broad business type and no courses gives a searcher no reason to tap. Listing Tally Prime, GST filing and TDS as separate services lets a search for GST course near me land on a listing that names GST.

  • “Evening batches need evening hours on the listing”

If the profile shows the institute closed at six but the evening batch runs till nine, a working clerk searching at seven sees a closed institute. Hours must match the batches, including the days of the week they run.

  • “A franchise nearby takes the map result with a brand name”

A branded centre arrives with a logo and photographs. An older local institute needs its own photographs of the lab, the trainer and the batch board, so the listing shows that the place is real and active.

What we do

What we deliver for tally and accounting institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Google Business Profile with courses as services

The profile filled in with each course as a separate service, the locality, the address, the phone line and the right business type.

Result: A search for a course near you reads a listing that names the course.

  2. Hours set for each batch

Opening hours and special hours that match the morning, daytime and evening batches, including holidays.

Result: A clerk searching in the evening sees an institute that is open.

  3. Photographs of the lab and the batch board

Pictures of the machines, the practice company on screen and the batch timetable, without showing students unless they agreed.

Result: A visitor sees a working lab before walking in.

  4. A review request handed over at the desk

A short request made when a student completes a course, with the link ready on a card or a phone, never in return for a favour.

Result: The newest reviews come from people who attended.

  5. Replies to reviews

A written reply to each review, courteous and specific, with no claim about jobs or results.

Result: A prospective student sees the institute answer in public.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we offer a discount for a review?
No. Paying or rewarding for reviews breaks the platform's rules, and a reader can tell. Ask every student who finishes, make it easy, and check the platform's current rules on reviews.
We have two centres. Do we need two profiles?
Yes, if each has its own address and staff. Each centre gets a profile with its own photographs, hours and phone line, so the centre nearest the student is the one that shows.
Should the profile mention placement?
Describe the job desk and the kinds of offices you introduce students to, and make no promise of a job. Advertising rules for educational institutions differ by state, so check with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
