Tally and accounting institutes · Website

Build a site where a parent can read the syllabus, the fee and the batch on one screen.

A website for a Tally and accounting institute is the place where a student, parent or firm checks the courses, the fee, the batches and the address before calling. GullySales designs and writes the pages around those questions, with a clear route to call or visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For tally and accounting institutes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visitor is checking, not browsing”

A parent who was given the institute's name by a cousin opens the site to see whether it is real. They look for an address, a phone number, the software taught and a photograph of the lab, in that order.

  • “A syllabus page is the page parents need and the one least written”

Institutes list a course name and a fee and stop. A parent wants to know the Tally version, the GST and TDS topics, the hours, the practice company and what the certificate is. Without that, they ask by phone or go elsewhere.

  • “Visits arrive on a phone, from a poster or a message”

A student scans a code on a poster or taps a link in WhatsApp. A heavy page or tiny text loses them. The site must load on a modest phone and put the call button within reach.

  • “An out-of-date site is worse than none”

A site naming an old software version, an old fee or a batch that ended tells a visitor the institute is careless. Each page needs an owner and a date it was last checked.

What we do

What we deliver for tally and accounting institutes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for every course

Individual pages for Tally Prime, GST, TDS, payroll and Excel, each with topics, hours, fee and batch.

Result: A parent finds the syllabus without asking.

  2. A clear contact and visit page

Address, map, landmarks, opening hours, phone, WhatsApp link and a callback form.

Result: A visitor knows where the institute is and how to reach it.

  3. A lab and trainer page

Photographs of the lab and the batch board, with the trainer's background written plainly.

Result: A visitor sees the place and the people who teach.

  4. A page for employers

A short page for CA offices and traders about the courses, the job desk and whom to call.

Result: A firm with a vacancy has somewhere to go.

  5. A maintenance routine

A list of pages to recheck when a batch starts, a fee changes or the software version changes.

Result: Out-of-date details are corrected by a named person.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online payment option?
Not at the start. Some families want to see the lab and pay at the desk. Add payment later if you want to reserve seats, and use a reputable payment provider.
Can we show student names and photographs?
Only with each person's written consent, and keep the page free of any promise of a job. Rules on educational advertising differ by state, so check with your own adviser.
Who updates the site after launch?
Name one person at the institute and agree what GullySales handles. A fee change or a new batch should reach the site on the day it is decided, so the owner of the page must know that.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
