Elevator companies · Content marketing

Write the dimensions an architect needs and the answers a family wants.

Content marketing for a lift company means two libraries: the technical material a designer works from, and the plain answers a family needs about a parent using a lift alone. GullySales plans and writes both, and keeps every technical figure to your own specifications.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For elevator companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A dimension table is the most valuable page you can publish

Shaft width, pit depth, headroom and car sizes against capacity. An architect saves that page, and a saved page becomes a drawn shaft.

  • Families are researching a medical problem, not a machine

The search starts because somebody fell on the stairs. Writing about mobility at home reaches them earlier than any product page does.

  • Nobody has written the licensing page properly

Owners are unsure what their state requires and who applies for what. A careful general explanation, sending the reader to their own inspectorate, is genuinely useful and almost absent online.

  • Modernisation needs a written case, not a quotation

A committee has to persuade its own residents to spend. Give the secretary a document about ageing controllers and doors that she can circulate before the meeting.

What we do

What we deliver for elevator companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A dimension and specification library

Shaft, pit, headroom and capacity tables for every model, published as pages and as drawings, kept current with your factory.

Result: A designer can work without calling you.

  2. A family guide to adding a lift at home

Written for a daughter researching after a parent's fall, covering the space, the civil work, the rescue arrangement and what to ask any supplier.

Result: The family arrives with the right questions.

  3. A general explanation of licensing and inspection

Why lifts are licensed and inspected in most states, who is usually responsible, and what a building owner should confirm with their own state inspectorate.

Result: Owners understand the duty without being told a rule.

  4. A modernisation case a committee can circulate

A document on ageing controllers, doors and safety gear written for residents rather than engineers, with the disruption honestly described.

Result: The secretary has something to table at the meeting.

  5. Building-type guides for specifiers

What changes for a hospital bed lift, a goods lift in a factory, and a machine-room-less lift in a small commercial block.

Result: An architect finds the answer for the building on his desk.

  6. Every figure checked against your specifications

Capacities, speeds, dimensions and safety features read against your own technical documents before anything goes live.

Result: Nothing on the site contradicts your drawings.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for elevator companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how projects reach you, how early you hear about them, and how many maintenance contracts renew each year.

  2. 2

Fix the renewal and breakdown routine

A renewal calendar, a breakdown communication routine and a monthly service summary for every building.

  3. 3

    Get into the drawings

An architect design kit, specifier visits and a project tracker from drawing stage to order.

  4. 4

    Reach families and buildings

Home lift campaigns, site visits to installed lifts, and modernisation proposals for older buildings.

  5. 5

    Keep the base

Service records, licence renewal help and a planned modernisation conversation with every building you maintain.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish prices for home lifts?
A range helps more than it hurts, because price is the first question every family asks. Say what changes it: the number of floors, the drive type and the civil work in an existing house. Saying nothing sends them to a competitor who did.
Who checks the technical material before it goes out?
Your own engineering team, always. We draft from your specifications and drawings, and nothing is published until somebody who signs off installations has read it.
How can a smaller lift company compete with the multinational brands?
By being known earlier and answering faster locally. An architect who already has your shaft drawings will often name you beside a big brand. After handover, a local technician who reaches within the hour keeps the building when a multinational's service desk cannot.
How do we get families to decide on a home lift?
Answer the fear behind the delay. Families usually postpone because they picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Show them the battery rescue on a working lift, in a home like theirs, and most move to a decision.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
