Elevator companies · Digital marketing

Market to the architect, the family and the association separately.

Digital marketing for a lift company serves three unrelated buyers: a specifier who needs drawings, a family who needs reassurance, and a committee who needs a service record. GullySales plans and runs all three, and measures orders and renewals rather than reach.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For elevator companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The service base is a channel most firms ignore

Every building you maintain has a committee that changes every year or two. A monthly service summary reaching them is worth more than a campaign.

  • Specifier work pays years later and has to be funded now

Visiting architects produces nothing this quarter and a great deal in two years. Judging it on this month's enquiries is how firms give up just before it works.

  • Home lifts and project lifts need separate budgets

One is advertising to families; the other is travel, drawings and meetings. Put them in one figure and you cannot tell which is working.

  • The breakdown is the only marketing residents remember

A stuck lift on a Sunday evening does more damage in the association group than a year of posting can repair.

What we do

What we deliver for elevator companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Three plans running on one calendar

A specifier plan, a family plan and a service-base plan side by side, each with its own budget, message and measure.

Result: No buyer gets copy written for somebody else.

  2. A baseline taken across sales and service

Projects specified, orders won, home lift enquiries, AMC renewals and breakdown response times recorded before anything starts.

Result: Later months have something to be measured against.

  3. A monthly service summary to every association

Visits made, parts changed and response times sent to each building you maintain, whether or not renewal is near.

Result: The committee sees the work between the breakdowns.

  4. Specifier effort tracked on its own terms

Visits made, drawings issued and projects entered, reported apart from enquiry counts so a slow channel is not judged by a fast one's measure.

Result: Architect work survives its first quiet quarter.

  5. Breakdown communication written into the plan

A message to the association when a technician is assigned and when the lift is running again, on every call.

Result: Residents see the response rather than guessing at it.

  6. One monthly report across orders and the base

Projects specified, orders, home lift visits, renewals, losses and response times in one sheet against the opening baseline.

Result: Sales and service get read together.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for elevator companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how projects reach you, how early you hear about them, and how many maintenance contracts renew each year.

Fix the renewal and breakdown routine

A renewal calendar, a breakdown communication routine and a monthly service summary for every building.

  3. 3

    Get into the drawings

An architect design kit, specifier visits and a project tracker from drawing stage to order.

  4. 4

    Reach families and buildings

Home lift campaigns, site visits to installed lifts, and modernisation proposals for older buildings.

  5. 5

    Keep the base

Service records, licence renewal help and a planned modernisation conversation with every building you maintain.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We are regional with two salespeople. Where do we start?
With the buildings you already maintain. Renewals, modernisation and referrals cost nothing in media and are the business you are closest to losing. Architect visits come second, and advertising third.
How long before specifier work shows up in orders?
A year or more, because the building has to be designed, built and fitted out. That is why it has to be funded as a standing cost rather than a campaign. The service base pays the bills while it builds.
How can a smaller lift company compete with the multinational brands?
By being known earlier and answering faster locally. An architect who already has your shaft drawings will often name you beside a big brand. After handover, a local technician who reaches within the hour keeps the building when a multinational's service desk cannot.
How do we get families to decide on a home lift?
Answer the fear behind the delay. Families usually postpone because they picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Show them the battery rescue on a working lift, in a home like theirs, and most move to a decision.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
