Elevator companies · Search engine optimisation

Rank for home lifts, maintenance and modernisation, not for elevator.

Search engine optimisation for a lift company means being found by three searchers: a family pricing a home lift, an association shopping for maintenance, and an architect hunting shaft dimensions. GullySales builds a page for each of them, with the drawings and dimensions an architect can download.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For elevator companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Three buyers, three vocabularies, one website

A family types home lift price, a secretary types lift AMC near me, an architect types machine room less lift shaft dimensions. A single products page serves none of them.

  • Architects search for drawings, not for suppliers

The query is a dimension, a pit depth or a headroom figure. A page holding the CAD file gets found, saved and drawn into a building.

  • Modernisation searches come from buildings you never installed

An association whose lift failed an inspection searches for controller replacement and door upgrades. Almost nobody in this trade has written that page.

  • Brand searches belong to the multinationals for good

You are not going to outrank a global name on its own name. The volume worth having sits on home lift, lift for an existing house and lift maintenance contract.

What we do

What we deliver for elevator companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each lift type you actually make

Passenger, home lift, hospital bed lift, goods lift and dumbwaiter given their own pages, with capacities, speeds, shaft sizes and the civil work each needs.

Result: Each buyer finds the page written for their building.

  2. Drawing downloads on the specifier pages

Shaft, pit and headroom drawings in CAD and PDF for every model, on a page an architect can use without ringing anybody.

Result: Your dimensions end up in the drawing.

  3. A modernisation page for ageing installations

Written for a building whose lift is fifteen years old, covering controllers, doors, safety gear and what happens to the shaft during the work.

Result: Buildings you never installed start calling.

  4. Home lift pages written for the family

Space needed, the civil work, the rescue arrangement during a power cut, and what changes in a house that is already built.

Result: The questions that delay a family are answered on the page.

  5. Licensing explained in general terms

A plain page on why a lift is licensed and inspected in most states, saying the duty sits with the building owner, and naming their own state inspectorate as the authority.

Result: Owners understand what they are responsible for.

  6. Monthly search reporting split by buyer

Positions, visits and enquiries separated into family, association and specifier traffic, against the figures recorded before the work began.

Result: You can see which of the three buyers is arriving.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

How the work runs for elevator companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how projects reach you, how early you hear about them, and how many maintenance contracts renew each year.

  2. 2

Fix the renewal and breakdown routine

A renewal calendar, a breakdown communication routine and a monthly service summary for every building.

  3. 3

    Get into the drawings

An architect design kit, specifier visits and a project tracker from drawing stage to order.

  4. 4

    Reach families and buildings

Home lift campaigns, site visits to installed lifts, and modernisation proposals for older buildings.

  5. 5

    Keep the base

Service records, licence renewal help and a planned modernisation conversation with every building you maintain.

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which pages bring orders fastest?
Home lift and maintenance pages, because those buyers search when they are ready. Specifier pages take longer and pay far more, since one architect drawing your shaft into a design can be several orders. Write all three and expect them at different speeds.
Do the CAD files have to be free to download?
Yes, if you want to be drawn in. An architect will not send an email for a dimension when another brand's file is one click away. Ask for a name and address on the CAD file if you must, but leave the PDF open.
How can a smaller lift company compete with the multinational brands?
By being known earlier and answering faster locally. An architect who already has your shaft drawings will often name you beside a big brand. After handover, a local technician who reaches within the hour keeps the building when a multinational's service desk cannot.
How do we get families to decide on a home lift?
Answer the fear behind the delay. Families usually postpone because they picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Show them the battery rescue on a working lift, in a home like theirs, and most move to a decision.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
