Elevator companies · Lead generation

Hear about the building while the shaft is still on paper.

Lead generation for a lift company runs on two clocks: an architect's drawing, which decides the order a year early, and a family's enquiry, which decides in months. GullySales builds the specifier list, the project tracker and the routine that follows each enquiry to a site visit.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For elevator companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The lead is a drawing download, not an enquiry

An architect who takes your shaft dimensions has asked you nothing. That download is the earliest signal you will get, and most firms never follow it up.

  • A family enquiry that stalls is a fear, not a price objection

They picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Answer that with a visit to a working lift, and the conversation restarts.

  • The unhappy building is a lead you can predict

An association whose lift is fifteen years old, or which spent last year arguing about response times, is buying something soon. That list can be built by walking a locality.

  • Consultants and builders are worked, never captured

Nobody writing a vertical transport specification fills in a web form. The pipeline is a visit list, a drawing kit and a note of which project sits at which stage.

What we do

What we deliver for elevator companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A specifier list for the cities you serve

Architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and builders working the project types your lifts suit, with a visit plan against each name.

Result: Your drawings reach the people who draw the shaft.

  2. Drawing downloads followed up within days

Every CAD or PDF download logged with the practice and the project, and a call made while the design is still open.

Result: You are in the conversation before the specification closes.

  3. A project tracker from drawing to order

Every project where your lift is under consideration recorded with its stage, its decision maker and the date the purchase team reviews it.

Result: Nothing is lost between the architect and the builder.

  4. Site visit booking for home lift enquiries

A routine that moves a family from a phone enquiry to standing inside an installed lift in a home like theirs.

Result: The decision moves instead of drifting.

  5. A locality list of ageing installations

Buildings with lifts over fifteen years old, and the ones with a known service complaint, listed with the association contact.

Result: Modernisation and AMC conversations start from a real list.

  6. One record for every enquiry and its stage

Family, association, architect and builder enquiries in one place with a stage and a next date against each.

Result: Nobody is waiting for somebody else to call.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we hear about projects earlier?
By being useful to the people drawing them. An architect with your shaft drawings on file names you without being asked. Visiting practices with a kit beats any purchased list, and it is slow work for a year before it pays.
Are online enquiry portals worth it for lifts?
For home lifts and AMC work, sometimes, though the enquiries are shared and price-led. For project work they are close to useless, because a builder's purchase team does not source a lift that way.
How can a smaller lift company compete with the multinational brands?
By being known earlier and answering faster locally. An architect who already has your shaft drawings will often name you beside a big brand. After handover, a local technician who reaches within the hour keeps the building when a multinational's service desk cannot.
How do we get families to decide on a home lift?
Answer the fear behind the delay. Families usually postpone because they picture a parent stuck alone during a power cut. Show them the battery rescue on a working lift, in a home like theirs, and most move to a decision.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
