Cooperative banks · Digital marketing

Plan the bank's digital work around branches and wards, not around likes.

Digital marketing for a cooperative bank joins search, Maps, the website, WhatsApp and social pages into one plan for each branch and ward. GullySales chooses a few things to do well, within your compliance officer's limits, and records new accounts and loan files beside the starting position.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For cooperative banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The bank spreads thin across too many channels”

A page on every platform, a video, a newsletter and an app notice, all run by one officer, produce little. A bank with five branches does better on listings, scheme pages and WhatsApp than on a dozen half-kept accounts.

  • “Brand awareness is a poor target for a branch”

A cooperative bank is known in its town. What it lacks is the moment of choice: a search, a Maps result, a message from a director. Digital work should aim at those moments and not at impressions.

  • “Each branch has its own neighbourhood”

A branch beside a vegetable market, one near a school and one in a new housing colony serve different buyers. A single plan for all three wastes effort. The plan sets one or two aims per branch.

  • “Counting must follow the account”

Clicks and followers mean little to the board. The count that matters is new accounts, loan enquiries and files by branch and source, taken from the bank's own records and placed beside the baseline.

What we do

What we deliver for cooperative banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A one-page plan per branch

For each branch, the ward, the buyer, the two schemes to push and the channels to use, agreed with the manager.

Result: Every branch manager can say what their branch is working on.

  2. A starting position

New accounts, loan enquiries, call back gaps and listing state for each branch, noted before any change.

Result: The board can compare later results with this record.

  3. A choice of channels the bank can keep up

A decision, with the chairman or manager, on which channels the bank will run and which it will leave alone.

Result: The bank does not open accounts it cannot staff.

  4. A compliance route for every message

A named reviewer and a rule on what needs approval before it goes out, written down.

Result: Nothing reaches the public without a check.

  5. A review with the board

A meeting where the counts by branch and source are shown and the next choice of schemes and wards is made.

Result: The board decides with figures from the bank's own files.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these cooperative banks.

  • Urban cooperative banks serving traders and salaried families in one city
  • Multi-branch urban cooperative banks across a few districts
  • District central cooperative banks working with societies and farmers
  • Employees' cooperative banks and credit societies attached to one large employer
  • Souharda sahakari credit cooperatives and other state-registered credit societies, which are not banks
  • Cooperative banks with a strong gold loan and vehicle loan book
  • Banks with a mostly senior citizen deposit base
  • Banks adding digital services and a first mobile app

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid ads?
Not at the start. Listings, scheme pages and WhatsApp come first. Paid search for gold loan or vehicle loan terms may follow, within your compliance officer's limits and the platform's current rules.
Can you run this for all branches together?
Yes, with a plan for each branch under one shared base. A single listing standard and one set of approved wording keep the bank consistent.
What does the board see?
New accounts, loan enquiries and files by branch and source, calls answered, and listing activity, set beside the starting position. We do not report likes as a result.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
