Corporate insurance brokers · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a finance head finds when the question is about their own cover.

SEO for a corporate broker means writing pages that answer what a finance head or HR head types while a renewal is under review. GullySales works on those pages, the structure behind them and the checks that show whether the right searchers are arriving.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Insurance brokers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Client files and risk details. Hold each client with contacts, assets, turnover and the full list of cover arranged through the firm, whichever underwriter issued it.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For corporate insurance brokers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searches begin with the problem, not the broker”

A controller types why the group health premium rose, or what a fire policy covers in a warehouse. A broker's name is not in the query. Pages that answer the problem in plain words are the ones a searcher reaches, and the broker's name is met afterwards.

  • “A page that lists every cover ranks for none”

One page naming group health, marine, fire and D&O in a single row gives a search engine nothing to hold and a reader nothing to trust. One page per cover, written around that cover's buyer and that buyer's questions, gives both something real.

  • “Industry words carry weight”

A textile mill, a hospital and a logistics firm describe risk in different terms. Pages written in the language of the plant, the ward or the fleet match the words in the search and show the buyer that the broker has seen this kind of business.

  • “The licence detail is part of the result”

A buyer checks that a broker is licensed before replying. A visible licence detail, the registered office and a named contact answer that check on the page, so the searcher does not leave to find proof elsewhere.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate insurance brokers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search map by cover and buyer role

A written list of the questions finance heads, HR heads and admin heads ask for each cover, matched to the page that should answer each.

Result: A plan showing which question gets which page.

  2. One page per cover

Separate pages for group health, fire, marine, D&O, cyber and workmen's compensation, each written for the person who signs it.

Result: Each cover has its own address that can be found on its own.

  3. Industry pages for sectors you have placed

Pages for manufacturers, hospitals, logistics operators and builders, using the terms those businesses use for their own risks.

Result: A plant owner lands on a page that names plant, stock and survey.

  4. Licence and disclosure details in plain sight

Your registration details, office address and named contacts shown where a cautious buyer looks, in wording your compliance head has approved.

Result: A buyer finds proof of licence without a second search.

  5. Titles and headings written as questions

Page titles and headings that carry the words a searcher uses, checked against what the page actually answers.

Result: The search result describes the page truthfully.

  6. A search report read against your quotation record

Impressions, clicks and the pages behind them, set beside the quotation requests you logged from search.

Result: You see whether visits turned into requests.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can you promise a ranking for group health insurance?
No. Nobody can promise a position, and we do not. We build pages that answer real questions, track whether the right searchers arrive, and adjust what we write from that evidence.
Should the pages name insurers and quote premiums?
Only where your team can support the statement and your compliance head has approved it. Premiums change at every renewal, so pages that explain what to ask stay accurate longer than pages that print a price.
Do search engines treat insurance pages differently?
Pages about money and risk are read with more care for accuracy and authorship. Name the licensed firm, keep each statement checkable and have a qualified person read the page. Check the search platform's current guidance as well.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
