Fintech companies · Website

Build a site that tells users who lends and tells banks how it is secured.

A fintech website has to reassure a nervous user and satisfy a careful institutional reader on the same domain. GullySales structures the site, writes the pages and sets up tracking so both audiences find their answer and the compliance details are easy to find.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For fintech companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Who lends must be visible”

A visitor who cannot tell whether the app, a bank or an NBFC is lending will leave. The partner's name, the registration and the grievance route belong near the top of the product page, not hidden in a footer.

  • “The technology page is not the user page”

A founder wants to describe the architecture. A shop owner wants to know what is needed and who is eligible. Keep the user's path simple and put the technical depth on its own pages for institutions.

  • “Mobile is the main device”

Users arrive from a phone, through an ad or a store link. Forms, document uploads and text size must work on a modest handset and a slow connection.

What we do

What we deliver for fintech companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map for two audiences

Separate user and institution sections with their own navigation and calls to action.

Result: Each visitor finds their path from the home page.

  2. A trust page

The partner, registrations, grievance route, data use and recovery practice in plain words, approved by compliance.

Result: A user can see who is behind the app before submitting a document.

  3. Product and eligibility pages

One page per product that states who can use it, what is needed and what the partner does.

Result: Eligibility is stated before the form.

  4. An institutional page set

Security, integration and pilot pages with a request-a-demo form that asks for the role.

Result: A bank visitor can answer a risk head's first questions.

  5. Tracking and consent

Analytics that follow visits to the app store and demo requests, with a cookie notice that follows your policy.

Result: Sources can be tied to funded accounts and pilots.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the app and the site share a design?
Yes, for recognition. The site carries more explanation and the trust material, while the app stays focused on completing steps.
What belongs on the footer?
The legal name, registrations, grievance details and policy links your compliance head specifies.
Can we show customer logos?
Only with written permission from each institution. We do not add names that have not agreed.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
