Insurance claim assistance services · Digital marketing

Join search, the profile, WhatsApp and referrers into one route from worry to call.

Digital marketing for a claim assistance service is the joining of search, maps, ads, messages and referrer outreach so a family finds you and reaches a person. GullySales plans the parts together and promises no volume.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For insurance claim assistance services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channels are used together”

A family searches, checks the profile, reads one page and then messages on WhatsApp. If any one step is weak, the enquiry drops out.

  • “Ads carry a duty of care”

A paid ad shown to someone in distress needs a calm line and a landing page that gives steps. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check the wording with your own adviser or council.

  • “Counting needs a clean source”

If calls, forms and chats are not tagged, the owner cannot tell which work brought the case. A simple source tag on every enquiry fixes that.

  • “A small team has a narrow budget”

Spending across five channels at once thins every one. Starting with search and the profile, then adding the next channel, is a sounder order.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance claim assistance services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A plan showing which channel does what for a claim service, and in what order they are added.

Result: A one-page plan with owners.

  2. Search ads on claim-moment queries

Ad groups for claim rejected and claim delayed searches, sent to the page for the exact situation.

Result: Ad groups and landing pages paired one to one.

  3. Source tracking

Call tracking, form tags and a source field so each enquiry is counted once.

Result: A source count the owner can read at any time.

  4. Wording review for ads and pages

Every ad and page checked for promise words and for platform rules, with your adviser.

Result: A checked copy sheet for every live ad.

  5. A budget split

A split of spend by channel based on which enquiries become cases.

Result: A sheet linking spend to cases taken.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend?
That depends on your case capacity and what a case is worth to you. We do not name a figure. We set a starting split and read it against cases taken.
Do we need all the channels?
No. Search, the profile and WhatsApp carry the first load for this trade. Others are added when those are working.
Can you run the ads for us?
We can plan and set them up and help your team read the results. Wording is checked with your adviser before any ad goes live.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
