Personal loan providers · Content marketing

Publish the explanations a borrower looks for before trusting any lender.

Content marketing for a personal loan provider means writing the guides, checklists and explanations a borrower reads before applying. GullySales plans and drafts them against your credit policy and your compliance review, and links each to a step in the application.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For personal loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The borrower is anxious, not curious”

A person reading about loans at night is under pressure about money. A guide that answers what happens if a payment is missed, in plain words, earns more trust than a post praising the product.

  • “A document checklist is content that converts”

A page listing what to keep ready, written for salaried and self-employed readers separately, removes the exact step where applications stall.

  • “Rates and approval are the risky words”

Content that implies assured approval or quotes a rate without conditions invites a compliance problem. The safer and more useful page explains how the lender decides and what affects the offer.

  • “Old posts mislead when policy changes”

A guide written for last year's income floor still ranks and still brings applicants who no longer qualify. Content needs an owner who checks it against the live policy.

What we do

What we deliver for personal loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Content plan by borrower question

A list of questions from your calling team and support tickets, ranked by how close each sits to applying.

Result: Topics come from real borrower questions, not guesses.

  2. Core guides drafted

Guides on eligibility, documents, repayment and the credit score, written in plain language and sent for your compliance review.

Result: Each guide has a reviewer's sign-off before it goes live.

  3. Salaried and self-employed versions

Separate document and eligibility pages for each reader, since the proof of income differs.

Result: A self-employed doctor and a salaried engineer see their own list.

  4. Resume-your-application content

Short pages and message text that explain the next step to someone who stopped at the document stage.

Result: Abandoned applicants get a clear way back in.

  5. Content review log

A record of each page, its policy reference and the person who last checked it.

Result: Out-of-date pages are found before a borrower finds them.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much content do we need?
Enough to cover the questions your borrowers ask before applying. We add pages where the funnel shows a gap, and we do not publish for volume.
Can content mention interest rates?
Only as your compliance head clears it. We write what affects a rate and leave the figures to approved materials. Advertising rules differ by regulator, so check the current ones.
Who signs off the pages?
Your compliance or credit lead does. GullySales drafts and keeps the review log, but we do not publish anything about lending terms without that approval.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
