Personal loan providers · Follow up systems

Bring back the borrower who stopped at the document step.

A follow-up system for a personal loan provider decides who is contacted, by which channel and with what message when an application stalls. GullySales writes the triggers, the message text and the calling routine, within the consent your records show.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What follow up systems means

A follow-up system is the set routine for calling, messaging or emailing an enquiry more than once, since most buyers do not decide on the first conversation. GullySales sets the number and timing of follow-ups so an undecided buyer keeps hearing from you until they decide either way.

For personal loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The borrower stops where the form gets heavy”

The drop happens at the document upload, the bank-statement step or the selfie check. A follow-up that names the exact step and offers help there recovers more than a general reminder.

  • “A reminder that sounds like a collection call backfires”

A borrower who has not yet taken a loan should not receive a message in the tone of recovery. The wording must read as help with the form, not pressure.

  • “Different stops need different messages”

An applicant missing a salary slip needs a different nudge than one whose bank link failed. A single template ignores the reason for the stop.

  • “A person must pick up where the system stops”

An automated message gets a reply that a machine cannot handle, such as a doubt about charges. Without a named caller, that reply goes unanswered.

What we do

What we deliver for personal loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Drop-off trigger map

A list of every step where applicants stop and the event that marks the stop in your system.

Result: Each stalled step has a defined trigger.

  2. Resume messages by reason

Short message texts for each stop, written in plain language and the regional languages you serve.

Result: The borrower reads a message about their own step.

  3. Calling routine for stalled files

A script, an order of priority and a record of outcome for each call to an unfinished applicant.

Result: Every call leaves a recorded result.

  4. Stop and opt-out rules

Limits on how many times and through which channels an applicant is contacted, with an opt-out honoured at once.

Result: Contact stays inside the consent on record.

  5. Recovered-file report

A count of applicants who returned after a message and completed the file, read against the funnel at the start.

Result: You can see whether the messages brought files back.

How the result is measured

  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Average number of follow-ups before close
  • Enquiries closed after repeat follow-up

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the follow up systems work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Measure today's reply time

From last month's enquiries, we measure how long each waited for a first reply and how many follow-ups it got.

  2. 2

    Agree targets and the sequence

We set reply targets and the follow-up sequence with your team, based on its real hours and workload.

  3. 3

Set up templates, tasks and ownership

Templates, first-call questions, CRM tasks and named owners go live, with cover for leave and weekends.

  4. 4

    Track and adjust every month

Reply time and follow-up completion are reported against the baseline, and the routine is changed where it is not kept.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 2, qualification. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many messages should an applicant get?
Few, and each one useful. We set a limit with your compliance head and stop at an opt-out or a completed file.
Can follow-up promise approval?
No. Messages offer help finishing the form and say nothing about approval or rates that your compliance team has not cleared.
Do we need automation, or can callers do it?
Both have a place. Messages carry the volume and callers handle the files that matter, and the funnel shows where each earns its cost.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
