Personal loan providers · Social media

Use social channels to look like a lender with a face, an office and an answer.

Social media for a personal loan provider means showing a borrower that a real, registered company stands behind the app or branch. GullySales plans the posts, the replies and the paid placements around trust and clear information, within platform and regulator rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For personal loan providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The borrower checks the profile before the form”

A person about to share Aadhaar and salary details looks at the lender's page. An empty feed, no replies and no address read as a warning sign that no ad can offset.

  • “Educational posts outlast offer posts”

A post explaining what a credit score is made of, or how an EMI is worked out, is still useful when the offer has ended. It also shows that the lender explains things instead of only pushing.

  • “Comments carry the complaints”

A borrower with a stuck application will comment publicly. An unanswered comment is read by every prospect who scrolls past it, so the reply is part of the marketing.

  • “Platform rules on financial ads change”

Each platform sets its own conditions for loan advertising and revises them. A campaign built without checking the current rules can be stopped halfway, leaving the budget and the audience idle.

What we do

What we deliver for personal loan providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Trust-first profile set-up

Registered name, regulator details, grievance contact and a clear explanation of the product on each profile.

Result: A visitor finds the facts without opening the app.

  2. Content plan around borrower questions

A set of explainer posts and short videos on repayment, documents and credit scores, each cleared by compliance.

Result: Posts answer questions your calling team already hears.

  3. Reply and escalation rules

Who answers a comment, what is said in public and when the matter moves to a private message or the grievance route.

Result: Every public complaint has an owner and a recorded outcome.

  4. Paid social with eligibility filters

Ad sets and creative that state the basic eligibility, aimed at the salaried groups your policy serves.

Result: Ads bring fewer applicants who cannot qualify.

  5. Platform-rules checklist

A short document of the current conditions for financial ads on each platform used, reviewed before each campaign.

Result: Campaigns launch with the rules checked, not assumed.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we post customer stories?
Not without care. Lending advertising rules differ by state and regulator, and a borrower story can read as an outcome claim. Check with your own compliance adviser before any such post.
Which platform suits a lending app?
Whichever your target borrower uses and the platform allows for financial ads. We start from where your completed applications come from, not from a general preference.
Can you run the replies for us?
We can draft and route them. Replies about a specific account go through your support team, because we do not hold borrower data outside your systems.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
