Forex trading firms · Review generation

Ask for a review of the teaching, never of somebody's profits.

Review generation for a trading firm means getting learners and clients to describe in public what the service actually did, without saying anything about returns. A five-star review claiming a profit is a problem rather than a win. GullySales sets up the ask, the wording, and the check before anything is republished.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What review generation means

Review generation is the routine of asking satisfied customers to leave a Google or platform review at the moment they are happiest, rather than hoping they remember later. GullySales builds the request into your existing follow-up steps and tracks how many turn into a review.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For forex trading firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A review that mentions profit is a liability”

Somebody writing that they doubled their money reads to the next visitor as a promise from your firm. Steer reviewers towards the teaching, the support and whether risk was explained honestly.

  • “The reader checked the RBI alert list before they read you”

A prospect arriving at your reviews is working out whether the firm is real. One reviewer who names the course and the trainer does more for that than a row of ratings with no words in them.

  • “Collecting a testimonial and publishing it are two questions”

What a registered intermediary may put on its own website is restricted in places, and the position changes. Ask your compliance adviser what your registration permits before you collect anything you intend to reuse.

What we do

What we deliver for forex trading firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An ask timed to the end of a cohort or a renewal

The request sent when a learner finishes a programme or a subscriber renews, which is the point they can describe what they actually received.

Result: Reviews come from people who completed something.

  2. Wording that steers the reviewer away from returns

A prompt asking about the teaching, the support and how clearly the risk was set out, so what comes back is usable.

Result: You get reviews you can leave standing.

  3. A check before anything is lifted onto your own site

A short review step, agreed with your compliance adviser, for every testimonial or quote you want to reuse in your own material.

Result: Nothing appears on your website that your registration cannot support.

  4. A Business Profile for the office or exchange counter

A complete listing for the branch or money changing counter, where a walk-in customer writes about the rate and the service rather than about trading.

Result: The branch collects reviews that are safe to ask for.

  5. A drafted reply for the reviewer who lost money

One calm, non-defensive answer that says nothing about outcomes and offers a conversation away from the review page.

Result: A loss does not turn into a public argument.

How the result is measured

  • Reviews received
  • Average rating
  • Response rate to requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Asking learners for reviews

Ask for reviews about the teaching and the service, and keep every word about profit out of the request.

End of a cohort or webinar series
Ask when the last session ends and the learner has the notes, before trading begins. What the learner can fairly review is the teaching, not an account balance.
Prompts about the sessions
Suggest writing about the clarity of the sessions, the trainer's answers and the material. Do not suggest words like results, profit or returns in the request.
Registration displayed first
Show the registration your service operates under on the page before you ask. A reader checks the regulator's alert list before reading your praise.
Money changer and forex card counters
A walk-in at an authorised money changer is reviewed like a shop. Ask after the card is issued or the currency handed over, about counter service and paperwork.
Compliance sees every template
Show the request wording and any replies to your compliance officer. Rules on testimonials in financial services differ by registration and change, so check with your regulator or adviser.
Reviews that mention gains are not republished
Mark reviews that mention gains and do not quote them on your site, in ads or on Telegram. Copying a profit claim into your own material turns a remark into your advertisement.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the review generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the customer journey

We identify one fixed point in your service, such as handover or checkout, where every customer is asked in the same way.

  2. 2

    Read your current reviews

We read every review you have, count how many were answered, and note what customers praise in their own words.

  3. 3

    Set up the ask process

Templates and a simple sending process are built into your existing customer communication.

  4. 4

    Implement responses

Every incoming review, positive or negative, is responded to by the routine set down in writing after we have spoken to you.

  5. 5

    Measure and adjust

We track review volume and rating trend and adjust the ask timing if response rates are low.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we offer a discount in exchange for a review?
No. Paying for reviews breaks the platforms' own policies, and an incentivised client testimonial raises a separate question under the rules your firm sits under. Ask for the review, and ask at the right moment.
Somebody posted a profit screenshot on our page. What do we do?
Do not share it, do not reply approvingly, and take advice on whether it should come down. Republishing it is the part that puts your registration at risk, and your compliance adviser will tell you where that line sits.
Can we ask learners in our Telegram or WhatsApp group?
Avoid posting the link in a group, where members pile on with profit talk and screenshots. Send it privately to each learner at the end of the course, and ask about the sessions only. Group threads are hard to moderate and can contain claims you would not want attached to you.
Which platform do we ask for: Google, Trustpilot or our own site?
Use Google for the office or counter, since that is what a walk-in customer searches. For an online academy, choose one public platform and check its current rules. Reviews posted on your own website carry less trust than those on a neutral page.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
