Forex trading firms · WhatsApp marketing

Run the class group without it turning into a tips group.

WhatsApp is where a trading firm's learners ask questions, where webinar reminders land, and where a class group quietly becomes somebody posting trade calls. GullySales sets up the business account, the group rules and the record of what was sent, so the channel does not become the problem.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For forex trading firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A class group becomes a tips group within a fortnight”

One member posts a buy call, another follows it and loses money, and it all happened in a group carrying your firm's name. Written rules and an admin who deletes those posts are not optional here.

  • “Anything sent on WhatsApp is a document”

A screenshot of one message from your trainer can end up with a regulator or on a public forum. Keep the templates approved and keep a copy of what went out to whom.

  • “Reminders are welcome here, promotions are not”

A webinar reminder, a class link or a renewal notice gets opened. A broadcast about an opportunity in the market reads exactly like the signal sellers your prospect is trying to avoid.

What we do

What we deliver for forex trading firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business account that states what you are

Business details, hours and a profile naming the firm's registration, so a cautious new contact can check before they reply.

Result: A sceptical prospect sees who they are talking to.

  2. Group rules displayed, and an admin who applies them

Rules in the group description covering trade calls, forwarded tips and personal recommendations, with a named person who removes them.

Result: Your firm's name stops sitting above somebody else's trade call.

  3. Approved templates for reminders and renewals

A fixed set of messages for class links, webinar reminders and renewal notices, each read and cleared before it is ever used.

Result: Everything that goes out has already been checked by somebody.

  4. A consent record for every number on the list

Where each number came from, what the person agreed to receive, and one opt-out that covers WhatsApp, calls and email together.

Result: The list is one you could explain to a regulator.

  5. A saved copy of what was broadcast

Broadcast content and its recipient list kept, so a question about what a prospect was told has an answer.

Result: You can produce the exact message somebody is complaining about.

  6. A doubt-clearing window instead of a broadcast

A fixed time when trainers answer questions in the group, which gives members a reason to stay without you selling anything.

Result: The group stays useful and stays quiet the rest of the time.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

Settle these before any learner or client is messaged.

A profile that says what you are
Say on the profile and welcome message whether you are a training academy, an authorised money changer or another kind of business, with registration details where the activity needs them. Never leave a client guessing.
Consent with a purpose
Record the number, the date and what it is for: class reminders, renewal or rate alerts. Agreement to class reminders is not agreement to promotions.
Compliance sign-off before use
Have your compliance person or adviser read each template and group rule first. Rules on currency trading, advice and advertising in India are narrow and change, so check the current position.
Group settings and rules
Let only admins post, switch off member invites, and write the rule against calls, tips and profit screenshots in the group description. Remove anyone who breaks it.
Templates that stick to logistics
A reminder you start may need an approved template. Keep wording to the class date and link, with no rate view or profit claim. Check WhatsApp's current business policy and pricing.
A warning about impersonators
Say in the welcome message that you ask for money only through your published payment details, and that others may pretend to be you. Fraud on trading chats is common.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send market updates on WhatsApp?
Educational commentary with a disclaimer is one thing and a buy or sell recommendation is another, and where the line falls depends on what you are registered as. Have your compliance adviser mark up a sample message before anything goes to a list.
Group or broadcast list?
Broadcast for anything you are sending out, so members cannot see each other's numbers or reply to everybody at once. Use a group only where you want discussion and have somebody able to moderate it.
Learners keep posting profit screenshots in the group. Should we allow it?
No. A screenshot forwarded outside the group reads like a promise, and results-based promotion draws regulators' attention. Remove it, point to the group rule, and keep teaching content in your own class material.
A prospect messages asking for a sure trade call. What do we reply?
Use one standard reply: you teach and do not give calls, and no outcome is promised. Point to the class outline. If the person asks for personal advice, pass the chat to your compliance contact.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
