MSME and business finance providers · Local SEO

An owner in an industrial estate should find your office on the map, with a person behind the number.

Local SEO for an MSME and business finance provider decides which offices and partner counters appear on Google Maps when a business owner searches for a lender or loan consultant nearby. GullySales claims and corrects each listing, checks the ones that carry your name, and counts the calls and direction requests that follow.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For MSME and business finance providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Many finance offices are not places an owner can visit”

A fintech or a head office with no counter cannot be listed like a branch. Using a co-working address as a visitable office gets listings suspended, so decide first who is visitable and who serves by area.

  • “A partner's listing carries your name and his phone number”

DSAs and consultants list their offices under your brand and take the calls. The owner thinks he has rung you, and you cannot see the conversation.

  • “Owners search by estate, not by pin code”

Loan consultant in Bommasandra or business loan near Peenya is how a unit owner types. A listing that names only the city loses to the one that says which estate it serves.

What we do

What we deliver for MSME and business finance providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Every office claimed and held by the company

One listing per office, owned by a company account with managers added by role, so nobody leaving takes the listing with him.

Result: A change of staff does not change who controls the listing.

  2. A check of every listing that uses your name

A search for your brand across Maps to find partner and former-branch listings, then a request to the owner to correct, or a report where the name is misused.

Result: You know which listings send calls to partners, and which are not yours.

  3. Service-area listings set up correctly

Field-only teams listed by the areas they cover with the address hidden, and no listing at a staff member's home or a rented box.

Result: Listings stay within Google's guidelines and survive a review.

  4. Categories and services matched to the office

A primary category that fits what the office does, and business loans, machinery finance or invoice discounting listed as services only where the office handles them.

Result: The listing appears for what the office can actually process.

  5. Photographs of the board and the meeting area

The signboard readable from the road, the entrance and the table where papers are checked, with no borrower papers in view.

Result: A first-time owner recognises the door and knows what to expect.

  6. Calls and directions counted per office

Calls, direction requests and website clicks from each listing recorded by office against the baseline taken before the work starts.

Result: You see which offices the map is feeding and which are silent.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a business owner nearby finds a lender on the map, and what to fix first.

Relevance: category and services
Choose the category that matches what the office does, such as a loan agency for a consultant or a finance company for a lender, and list the products it processes. Check Google's current category list.
Distance: the pin at the right door
Place the pin at the real entrance, floor and suite. Estates and complexes have many similar buildings, and an owner on a two-wheeler follows the pin and not the address.
Prominence: reviews, photographs and replies
Replied reviews, fresh photographs and answered questions count. Ask borrowers for a review only after disbursal and within the rules, and reply to every one.
Name, address and phone everywhere
Keep one version of the office name, address and number on Maps, JustDial, the website and the visiting card. A different number on each splits the signal and confuses callers.
Directories owners actually use
Check the listing on JustDial and Sulekha and in any industrial association directory of your region. Claim what exists and ignore directories that charge for a premium listing you cannot test.
Hours when someone answers
Set the hours a person is really at the desk, with the number that is picked up. A listing open until eight with nobody there after five costs you the evening enquiry.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can a loan consultant working from home have a listing?
Only as a service-area business with the home address hidden, and only if he serves owners at their premises. Do not use a friend's shop or a virtual office as the address. Check Google's current guidelines before setting it up.
Our DSAs use our company name on their listings. Can we stop them?
Start with the agreement: say whether partners may use your name and under what listing name. Then ask the owner of the listing to change it, and report real misuse through Google's process. A partner who is told clearly will normally comply.
Does our registered office need a listing if it is only a postal address?
No. If no customer visits and no staff sit there, a listing can be refused or suspended, and it misleads owners who travel to it. List the offices where files are taken, and put the registered address on the website's about page.
A rival has put up a listing in our brand name. What do we do?
Take screenshots, report it through the listing's own report option and keep a log. Tell your officers and your partners which address and number are real. If an owner has paid money to the rival listing, it is also a matter for the police.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
