Cosmetic skin clinics · Buyer persona

Write down who is deciding: the bride, the professional, or the person tired of salons.

A buyer persona for a cosmetic skin clinic describes the person choosing, what started the search and what they fear being sold. GullySales builds one persona for each priority treatment from the clinic's own enquiry and package records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For cosmetic skin clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The bride plans for a date”

A bride and the family look at skin months ahead of a wedding and want a sequence they can follow. They ask who will plan it, how it fits around other preparation and what happens if the date moves.

  • “The office professional wants minimal disruption”

This buyer looks for short sessions near work, slots outside office hours and a rescheduling rule that does not penalise a meeting. Price matters, but fitting treatment into a crowded week matters more.

  • “The long-term salon customer is the hardest to win”

This person has trusted a salon for years and fears being talked into a medical package. They need to hear that a doctor assesses first and that they may decide after the consultation.

  • “A parent decides for a teenager”

A parent bringing a teenager with acne wants reassurance about safety, how long the plan could run and who will supervise. The page should speak to the parent as well as to the young person.

What we do

What we deliver for cosmetic skin clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A persona for each priority treatment

One written card for each priority treatment, such as pigmentation, acne scars or bridal skin, built from the clinic's own records.

Result: A card per treatment, each marked with where its facts came from.

  2. A trigger and worry list

A list of what starts the search and what the buyer fears, collected from the desk and from first consultations.

Result: A list the front desk can read and add to.

  3. A comparison map

What the buyer compares the clinic with, such as a salon, another clinic or a home remedy, and what they ask each.

Result: A sheet showing the alternatives the buyer weighs.

  4. Decision-maker notes

A note on who else is involved, such as a parent, a spouse or an employer, and how their role changes the conversation.

Result: A note per persona naming who else speaks in the decision.

  5. A drop-out review

A look at customers who stopped a programme early, to test whether the persona matches the people who left.

Result: A short review that adjusts each card against real drop-outs.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How many personas should a clinic keep?
Begin with one for each treatment that brings in the greatest number of bookings. Add another only when a different kind of buyer appears in your records, and retire a card when the people it describes stop coming.
Where do the facts for a persona come from?
From the clinic's booking sheet, the intake form and what the desk hears on calls. Ask a few customers politely why they chose the clinic. Treat anything else as a guess to test, not a fact to publish.
Does a persona change the advertising?
It changes the order and the wording, not the rules. The bride sees a countdown, the professional sees evening slots, and none of them sees a result claim. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
