Cosmetic skin clinics · Local SEO

Appear on the map when someone near the clinic searches for skin treatment.

Local SEO for a cosmetic skin clinic is the work of making the clinic easy to find and trust when a person searches for treatment nearby. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the location pages and the review routine, with the doctor reading anything that touches medical claims.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For cosmetic skin clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map listing is read before the website”

A person comparing clinics looks at the photos, the doctor's name, the opening hours and the stars on the listing, and may never open the site. A thin listing loses that comparison before the clinic has said a word.

  • “Nearby is measured by travel time”

Someone choosing a skin clinic for fortnightly sessions weighs parking and the office commute, not the straight-line distance. Pages that name the neighbourhoods and the nearest landmarks match how people really describe where they will go.

  • “Reviews are read for the manner, not the stars”

Readers look for words such as honest, gentle and not pushy in review text. A reply that repeats a treatment name or hints at a result can break advertising rules, so replies need a plain, short routine.

  • “Branches share a name but not a customer”

A clinic with several branches that copies one page across all of them confuses both the search engine and the reader. Each branch needs its own address, doctor availability and opening hours.

What we do

What we deliver for cosmetic skin clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A completed Google Business Profile

Services, hours, photos, the doctor's name and a booking link filled in and kept consistent with the website.

Result: A profile with every field filled and matching the site.

  2. A location page for each branch

A page for each address with the route in, parking, nearest landmarks and which doctor sits on which day.

Result: One page per branch carrying its own address and details.

  3. A review request routine

A short script for the front desk to ask for a review after a visit, with no gift or payment attached and no result wording suggested.

Result: A script the desk uses and a count of reviews received.

  4. Review reply wording

Plain reply lines for praise and for complaints that never name a treatment or promise an outcome.

Result: A sheet of reply lines approved by the doctor.

  5. Name and address consistency

A check that the clinic's name, address and phone number read the same on directories, social profiles and the site.

Result: A list of listings found and corrected where they differed.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we reply to reviews that name the treatment?
Reply without repeating the treatment or its effect. Thank the person, invite them to call the clinic for anything about their care, and keep details of their skin out of a public reply. Rules differ by body, so confirm the wording with your own council.
Do we pay people for reviews?
No. Do not offer money or gifts for a review, and do not suggest what to write. Ask every customer politely and let the text be their own. Check the platform's current rules on reviews before building any routine.
What if a competitor posts a false review?
Report it through the platform, keep a record of the report and reply politely in a line that invites the writer to call. Do not argue in public or reveal anything about the person's visit, which stays confidential.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
