Cosmetic skin clinics · Website

Build a website that tells a visitor who will examine their skin and what happens next.

A website for a cosmetic skin clinic is the place where a person checks the doctor, the treatments and the booking route before committing. GullySales plans the pages, the consultation booking and the wording, with the doctor reading each page for claims.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For cosmetic skin clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors look for the doctor first”

A person worried about being sold the wrong package goes straight to who the doctor is. A site that hides the name, qualifications and registration details behind a generic team page loses that person.

  • “The home page cannot hold every treatment”

A home page listing every machine reads like a menu. Organising by concern lets a visitor find pigmentation or scars at once, then see the treatments the doctor may discuss.

  • “The booking route decides the visit”

A visitor who has to ring a number during office hours may not. A clear consultation form, a click-to-call and a WhatsApp link let them choose how to reach the clinic.

  • “Photographs set the tone”

Stock images of smooth skin suggest a salon and a promise. Photographs of the real clinic, the real consultation room and the real doctor tell a visitor what the visit will be like, and avoid implying results.

What we do

What we deliver for cosmetic skin clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure

A plan for the home page, concern pages, treatment pages, doctor profile, location pages and consultation booking.

Result: A page list showing how each one links to the others.

  2. A doctor profile page

A page with the doctor's qualifications, registration details and approach, written with the doctor.

Result: A profile page the doctor has read and signed off.

  3. Consultation booking

A short form, a call button and a WhatsApp link, each leading to a person who can fix a consultation.

Result: A booking route that works on a phone, tested by the desk.

  4. Treatment and concern pages

Pages that explain the sitting, aftercare and who should not have the treatment, with no outcome claims.

Result: A page per concern and per treatment, each with a review date.

  5. Package and policy pages

Plain pages on how packages work, missed sessions, privacy and consent for photographs.

Result: A package page and a privacy page the front desk can point to.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
Show how a consultation is priced and explain what a plan contains. A single price in a list invites comparison before the doctor has seen the skin. Keep exact package figures for the conversation at the clinic.
Do we need a blog?
Not at first. Write the concern and treatment pages well, then add guides where people ask questions the pages do not answer. A short, current set serves the reader better than a thin blog.
Who maintains the site after launch?
Agree this at the start. Pages need a named person and a review date, because outdated treatment details or rules damage trust. GullySales can set out what needs checking and by whom.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
