Diabetes clinics · Buyer persona

Know whether the patient, the spouse or the child's parent decides to book.

A buyer persona for a diabetes clinic is a written description of who decides, what starts the search and what the person worries about, for each kind of patient the clinic serves. GullySales builds one persona per priority, from your own enquiry notes and visit records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For diabetes clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The newly diagnosed are frightened, not informed”

The first week after a diagnosis is full of fear and half-heard advice. The persona wants a clinic that explains in plain words, lays out what the first visit holds and does not frighten further.

  • “A child's parent decides, and the child lives with it”

For Type 1 in a young patient, the parent searches, compares and decides. The worries are night-time lows, school and who to phone. Pages and replies written for the child miss the person making the call.

  • “An older patient may arrive with an adult son or daughter”

The son or daughter books, drives and asks the questions, while the patient sits quietly. Their worries are travel, queues and whether the doctor will take the time to explain.

  • “The patient who feels well is the hardest persona”

Someone on stable tablets sees no reason to return and drops out of reviews. Their card should say what makes them skip, such as work or cost, and what would make a review feel worth the trip.

What we do

What we deliver for diabetes clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A newly diagnosed adult persona

What starts the search, what frightens them, who they ask and what makes them book.

Result: A one-page card your doctor has read.

  2. A parent-of-a-child-with-Type-1 persona

The questions about injections, school and emergencies, and the tone that answers them.

Result: A card that guides the page and the reply.

  3. A pregnancy and obstetrician persona

How a high glucose test reaches the clinic through the obstetrician, and what both need to hear.

Result: A card for the patient and one for the referrer.

  4. A long-term patient persona

Why the settled patient skips a review and what would bring them back.

Result: A card used by the reminder messages.

  5. An adult-child caregiver persona

What the son or daughter checks before calling for a parent.

Result: A card that shapes the website and the call script.

  6. A referring physician persona

What a family doctor wants after sending a patient: the patient seen and a note back.

Result: A card behind the referrer sheet.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we know the persona is right?
Check each line against intake notes and against patients who stopped coming. Ask a few politely why. If the card does not describe both the patients who stayed and those who left, rewrite it.
Does the persona use patient records?
No. We work from counts and notes you provide, without names, for patients who consented. Sugar readings and records stay in your systems.
Is the referring doctor a persona too?
Yes. A physician wants the patient seen, a note back and an easy route to the clinic, not marketing language. That card is kept apart from the patient's.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
