Diabetes clinics · Website

Build a site that tells a worried family what happens at the first visit.

A website for a diabetes clinic is the clinic's home on the web: the pages a patient reads before booking, the doctor's profile and the route to an appointment. GullySales plans the pages, writes them with your doctor's review and builds the booking routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For diabetes clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first-visit page is the missing page”

Families want to know what happens, what to bring, who they meet and whether the lab is on site. Clinic sites say nothing on this, and the worried reader fills the gap with the worst guess.

  • “The phone number must be one tap away”

A patient reading on a phone should reach the desk with one tap, from any page. A number set in an image or hidden in a footer costs bookings from people who are ready to call.

  • “A page for each stage beats a menu of tests”

The newly diagnosed, the parent of a child on insulin and the expectant mother each arrive with a different fear. A page for each, ending in a booking line, converts better than a long menu of tests.

  • “Older readers need larger type and simple forms”

A patient or a son reading for a parent may struggle with small text, low contrast and long forms. Large type, clear buttons and a short booking request keep them on the page.

What we do

What we deliver for diabetes clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map for the whole site

Home, first visit, stage pages, doctor and team, location, contact and booking, laid out before anything is built.

Result: A map your doctor has approved.

  2. A first-visit page

What happens at the first appointment, what to bring and who the patient meets.

Result: A worried reader finds the first visit explained.

  3. Pages for each stage

Newly diagnosed, Type 1 in children, insulin, diet, pregnancy and complications.

Result: Each stage has its own page.

  4. Doctor and team profiles

Degrees, registration details as supplied, and the dietitian and educator, in plain language.

Result: A reader can check who they will see.

  5. A booking route that reaches the desk

A short request form with a call-back option, a WhatsApp link and a tap-to-call number.

Result: A test booking arrives on the desk's list.

  6. Phone layout, large type and speed

The site checked on a phone, with readable text and quick-loading pages.

Result: The site works for an older reader on a phone.

  7. Privacy notice and consent wording

A draft notice and consent line for your adviser to review before the site goes live.

Result: Your adviser has read the privacy wording.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site list fees?
That is the clinic's decision. If fees are listed, keep them current and say what is included; if not, say how to ask. We invent no prices. Ask your adviser about advertising fees.
Can patients book and pay online?
A booking request with a call-back is the simplest place to begin. Online payment can be added later through a gateway in common use in India, once the clinic decides it wants it.
Who owns the site and the domain?
The clinic should. We build on a domain registered in the clinic's name and hand over access to the pages and the analytics, so the clinic is never locked in.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
