Endoscopy centres · Local SEO

Make the centre the one a patient finds when they search near their own home.

Local SEO for an endoscopy centre is the work of appearing in map results and nearby searches when a patient looks for a test close to home. GullySales works on the Google profile, the address details and the local pages that tell search engines where you serve.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For endoscopy centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The patient wants the test close to home and an escort”

After sedation the patient needs someone to take them home, and the escort is a relative who has to travel too. Distance and parking decide the choice, so the map listing carries real weight.

  • “An old or wrong address is a missed visit”

Centres move, wings close and entrances change. If the listing shows the old gate or the wrong floor, the patient arrives late and anxious, and may not return. The address, entrance and landmark should read the same everywhere.

  • “Listing photos shape trust before the call”

Reception, the recovery area and the entrance reassure a frightened patient more than a photograph of a machine. Photos of patients are never needed. The room, the signboard and the waiting area are enough.

  • “Reviews come from the escort too”

A relative who waited for hours writes the review. Asking everyone who attended, not only the patient, and replying politely without discussing any patient's details, keeps the profile active and the tone safe.

What we do

What we deliver for endoscopy centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up and clean-up

Correct name, type of business, address, hours, doctors and procedures on the profile, with photos of the entrance and rooms.

Result: The profile matches what a patient finds on arrival.

  2. Consistent name, address and phone

The same details checked across directories, health listings and your own site.

Result: One version of the address appears wherever the centre is listed.

  3. Local landing pages

Pages for the areas you draw patients from, with directions, parking and public transport notes.

Result: A patient in a nearby area finds a page about reaching you.

  4. Review request routine

A short, polite message sent after a visit to the patient and the escort, with no incentive offered.

Result: The desk has a set way to ask for reviews.

  5. Question and answer upkeep

Answers prepared for the questions the profile receives about sedation, escorts and timings.

Result: Common questions on the profile have a ready, correct reply.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these endoscopy centres.

  • Day-care endoscopy centres led by a gastroenterologist
  • Endoscopy units in a multispeciality clinic
  • Endoscopy suites inside a hospital that also take outside referrals
  • Colonoscopy and GI diagnostic centres
  • Surgeon-led endoscopy units
  • Liver and GI clinics with an endoscopy room
  • Paediatric endoscopy providers
  • Diagnostic chains with an endoscopy centre as one service

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask patients for reviews?
Yes, by a plain request after the visit, and never with a gift or discount. Reply to each review without confirming that the reviewer was a patient or describing any treatment. Check the platform's current rules and your council's guidance.
Should every doctor be listed on the profile?
List the doctors who actually perform procedures at the centre, with accurate details. A doctor who has left should be removed promptly so that patients do not arrive expecting someone who is no longer there.
What if a competitor has more reviews?
Reviews build with honest requests over time, and a smaller count does not stop the profile from appearing. Complete details, current photos and prompt replies matter alongside the count.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
