Endoscopy centres · Buyer persona

Know the four people who decide where an endoscopy is done, and write for each.

A buyer persona for an endoscopy centre describes the people who influence the booking: the anxious patient, the escort who has to take them home, the referring doctor and the insurance desk. GullySales writes these from your own call logs and referral records, not from guesses.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For endoscopy centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The patient is deciding under fear”

A person in the fifties told to book a camera test delays it. They want to know it is safe, who performs it and whether they will feel it. Persuasion fails here. Calm explanation and a named doctor work.

  • “The escort holds half the decision”

After sedation the patient cannot travel alone, so a son, daughter or spouse is needed. That person weighs distance, parking, waiting room comfort and how long they must stay. Content and scripts written only for the patient miss them.

  • “The referring doctor wants no surprises”

A gastroenterologist or physician sends a patient to a centre they trust to prepare the patient properly and return a clear report. A missed slot, a vague report or a patient who comes back confused counts against the centre.

  • “The insurance desk is a gatekeeper”

For a covered patient, a family member or hospital desk asks about pre-authorisation, accepted insurers and package inclusions. A centre that answers these in one conversation gets the booking, and one that asks them to call back loses it.

What we do

What we deliver for endoscopy centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Four written personas

One short profile each for the patient, the escort, the referrer and the insurance contact, drawn from your records.

Result: The team shares the same picture of who they are speaking to.

  2. A question map for each persona

The questions each persona asks, in the words they use, matched to where your site and scripts answer them.

Result: Gaps in your answers show up plainly.

  3. Script adjustments for the desk

Call openings and replies adjusted for each persona, so the escort and the referrer are spoken to differently.

Result: Staff change their tone depending on who is calling.

  4. Page changes by persona

Updates to procedure and package pages so that the escort's and the insurer's questions are answered too.

Result: Each page speaks to more than the patient.

  5. A one-page summary for new staff

A brief that a new receptionist can read on the first day.

Result: New desk staff know the four callers from day one.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where does the persona information come from?
From your enquiry log, referral records and conversations with the desk and doctors. GullySales does not invent customer profiles or quote studies. If a detail is not in your records, it is marked as an assumption to confirm.
Do we need a separate persona for each procedure?
Start with the four. Add a variation only where the callers really differ, such as colonoscopy preparation, where the escort and the patient worry about different things. Keep the set small enough that staff remember it.
When should personas change?
Revisit them when your referral mix, procedures or insurer arrangements change. They are working notes, not a fixed document, and the desk should be able to add what they learn from calls.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
