ENT hospitals · Website

Build a site where a parent can find the surgeon, the stay and the next step.

A website for an ENT hospital is where a family checks that the hospital has theatres, a named surgeon and a clear route to booking before ringing. GullySales works on the structure, the pages and the forms that serve that check.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For ENT hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visit is a check on credibility”

A parent landing on the site looks for the surgeon, the theatre and the day-care area. A homepage of stock photographs and a list of services answers none of these, and the parent goes back to the search results.

  • “Visitors arrive on a phone”

Families open the site from a forwarded link, in a waiting room or on the way to a clinic. Plain pages with a call button and a callback form visible without scrolling suit that visitor, and a heavy page loses them.

  • “One page cannot serve every buyer”

A parent, an adult with sinus trouble, a caller about a parent's hearing and a referring doctor want different things. A single services page makes each of them hunt, so the site needs separate routes for each.

  • “Insurance questions go unanswered”

Visitors look for whether admission is cashless and which insurers are accepted. A page that lists insurers, explains pre-authorisation in general terms and says what to bring replaces a stack of phone calls to the desk. The desk then answers fewer repeat questions.

What we do

What we deliver for ENT hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A structure by condition, operation and surgeon

A site map where each condition, operation and surgeon has its own page and a route to booking.

Result: A family finds its page in one step.

  2. Surgeon pages

Profiles with registered qualifications, the operations performed and a booking route, written with and checked by the surgeon.

Result: A parent can find and read about the surgeon.

  3. An insurance and admission page

What to bring, which insurers are accepted, how pre-authorisation works in general terms and who to ask, checked with your finance desk.

Result: The desk answers fewer repeat questions.

  4. A hearing journey page

Each step from assessment to rehabilitation laid out, with the coordinator's route at the bottom.

Result: A family sees the whole path before the first visit.

  5. A call button and a callback form

A button fixed to the page and a short form asking for a phone number, the problem and the age of the patient.

Result: A visitor can ring or leave a number from any page.

  6. Readable text and sound set-up

Text sizes that older visitors can read, speed on a mobile phone and tracking that records which page produced an enquiry.

Result: Enquiries can be traced back to a page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we rebuild or fix the current site?
Look at what exists first. If the structure already suits conditions, surgeons and enquiries, add pages. If it blocks the family's route to booking, rebuild the parts that do, and keep what works.
May the site show prices?
Show what you can stand behind, such as what a package includes and which items are billed separately, without outcome claims. Check the wording with your own council or adviser, as rules differ by profession and state.
Where do form enquiries go?
To the coordinator's list and the enquiry log, with the source recorded, so no form sits unread in a shared inbox. Someone is named for each form, and the hospital sees which page produced it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
