Healthcare software providers · Social media

Show a doctor one clinic task done on screen, in the time it takes to post.

Social media for a healthcare software provider means showing your product at work where administrators, doctors and lab owners already spend time: LinkedIn, YouTube and doctor groups on WhatsApp. GullySales works on what you post, where, and how a viewer reaches a demo request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For healthcare software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Doctors follow colleagues and not vendors”

A doctor scrolling a feed is more likely to stop for a post by another doctor than a software company announcement. Posts that show a real clinic task, told by a customer who agreed to it, travel further than product news and feature lists.

  • “LinkedIn reaches the hospital committee”

Administrators, IT heads and finance managers use LinkedIn for work. A post on a requirement checklist or on how billing and pharmacy connect gives them something to forward to the colleague who holds a veto, which is how a hospital deal moves.

  • “One short task on screen beats a long product tour”

A recording of a receptionist booking a follow-up and printing a prescription shows more than a long walk-through. Short videos on single tasks also answer the receptionist, who decides whether the software is used.

  • “Screens can leak what they were meant to protect”

A screenshot with a real patient name is a privacy failure on a post meant to show privacy. Use made-up sample patients, mark them as sample data and check every frame before it is published, since health data rules differ and change.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by buyer

A plan saying which platform speaks to which buyer: LinkedIn for administrators, YouTube for task videos, and a shareable clip for doctor groups.

Result: Each platform has one named buyer and one kind of post.

  2. Task video series

Short screen recordings of single clinic tasks, each recorded with sample data and ending on a link to the matching page.

Result: A library of videos, one per task, that your sales team can send after a demo.

  3. Customer-voice posts with consent

Posts built on a customer's own words and written consent, with no patient information and no claim about clinical outcomes.

Result: A consent note is on file for every post that names a clinic.

  4. Sample-data checklist

A checklist run before any image or video goes live, covering names, phone numbers, report images and browser tabs.

Result: A reviewer has signed off each post against the same list.

  5. Link and enquiry tracking

Tagged links from each post to your pages, so a demo request can be traced to the platform and post that brought it.

Result: You can see which post led to which demo request.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should we start with?
Start where your best-fit buyer is already working. Hospital administrators gather on LinkedIn, and clinic doctors watch video and share clips in groups. We look at where your current customers found you before choosing.
Can we post customer clinics on our page?
Only with the clinic's written consent, and without patient details. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, and doctors face limits on how they appear in promotion. Check with your own adviser and with each platform's current rules.
Do we need paid posts?
Not at the start. Post, see which tasks draw replies and enquiries, then decide where to put money. The budget is your decision and no result is promised from it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
