Healthcare software providers · Website

Make the website answer a doctor's questions before the first demo call.

A website for a healthcare software provider is where a doctor, an administrator and an IT head check your product, your data handling and your references before they speak to you. GullySales works on the structure, pages and demo request that serve those readers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For healthcare software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page has three visitors with three questions”

A doctor wants to know if it fits a clinic day. An administrator wants billing, pharmacy and reference proof. An IT head wants the data answer. A home page that routes each to the right page in one click works better than a page that tries to answer all of them.

  • “Show the product with sample data and not with blank screens”

A demo screen with invented patients, clearly marked, convinces a doctor more than a feature list. Real patient names on any screenshot are a privacy failure, and rules on health data differ and change.

  • “A hidden price loses the clinic owner”

A clinic owner comparing options wants a starting figure on the page. A hospital expects a quote after a requirement call. A clinic page with a starting price and a hospital page with a quote request serves both, and what you charge is your decision.

  • “The receptionist visits the site as well”

A front-desk staff member may check the training guides and the language options before the doctor signs. A page for them, in simple words, is part of selling the doctor.

What we do

What we deliver for healthcare software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure by speciality and role

A site map giving each speciality, each hospital role and each problem its own page, with a clear route from the home page.

Result: Every buyer has a page that is about their working day.

  2. Demo request page

A short form for a name, a phone number and the speciality, with a message saying what happens next and who calls.

Result: One form, one action, and no long questionnaire.

  3. Data, hosting and migration pages

Plain pages on where records live, who owns them, how old records come across and what happens on leaving, confirmed by your legal adviser.

Result: The IT head's first questions have an answer on the site.

  4. Reference and sample-data pages

Reference pages by speciality and size with written consent, and product screens built on made-up patients.

Result: No page carries a real patient detail or an unconsented clinic name.

  5. Speed and phone check

A check of how the site loads on the older PCs and phones used in clinics, with fixes listed.

Result: A page that opens on a clinic's ordinary computer.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site be in other languages?
If your clinics work in a local language, give the receptionist pages in it, such as training guides. We decide which languages from where your customers are and where your support team can answer.
Do we need a customer login on the marketing site?
Keep the product login separate from the marketing site. A clear link to sign in helps existing users, and it keeps prospects on pages that answer buying questions.
Can we publish customer names and logos?
Only with the customer's written consent. Rules for advertising by doctors and clinics differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser before any name goes on the site.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
