Home nursing services · Local SEO

Be the home nurse a family finds on the map while the patient is still in hospital.

Local SEO for a home nursing agency is about appearing in map results and nearby listings when a family searches for a nurse in their area. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, the consistency of your name and phone number across listings, and the way families describe you in reviews.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For home nursing services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map decides before the website does”

A family on a phone sees a few map listings first. If yours shows no hours, a vague description or an address nobody can connect to a service, they ring the one that looks staffed. For some families the listing is the only page they ever read.

  • “A service-area business has no shopfront to show”

Your nurses travel to the patient, so the listing should say which areas you cover rather than invite walk-ins. A wrongly shown address sends visitors to an office with nobody to meet them. Set the service area honestly and put the staffed phone line first.

  • “Reviews in this trade are about the people, not the patient”

A family asked for a review writes about punctuality and phone manner. A review that describes a patient's illness exposes a private matter. Ask for feedback on the service, and never prompt or quote medical detail in a request or a reply.

What we do

What we deliver for home nursing services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up and clean-up

Name, service areas, hours, services and phone number set up and checked against your real operation, including the hours the phone is staffed.

Result: The listing matches what a family finds when they ring.

  2. Name and phone consistency check

A comparison of how your agency appears on directories and social profiles, with a list of mismatches to correct.

Result: A table of every listing and whether it matches.

  3. Service list and descriptions on the profile

Each nursing service written in plain words on the profile, with photographs of your office and uniform, not of patients.

Result: The profile lists the services families search for and shows no patient.

  4. Review request message

A short message for the family once the assignment has ended, asking for an honest review of the service and for no medical detail.

Result: A template the coordinator sends, with a record of who was asked.

  5. Reply guide for reviews

Wording for answering praise and complaints without naming a patient or confirming that someone was a client.

Result: Every review has a reply that reveals nothing about the patient.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these home nursing services.

  • Nurse agencies sending GNM and ANM nurses for post-operative care
  • Attendant and bed care agencies for bedridden and elderly patients
  • Night-shift and twelve-hour duty nursing providers
  • Baby care and new mother nursing services

  • Nurse placement bureaus working through ward nurses and local doctors
  • Franchise home nursing branches working one neighbourhood

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have no walk-in office. Should the address show?
Show it only if families can visit and someone is there. If not, hide the address and set the areas you serve. Google's current rules for service-area businesses apply, so read them before changing the listing.
Can staff and relatives review us?
Reviews from staff and relatives mislead families and break the platform's current rules. Ask the families you have served and nobody else. Never offer a gift or a discount in return for a review.
A review names the patient's illness. What do we do?
Repeat nothing and confirm nothing in your reply. Thank the writer, speak about the service in general terms and invite them to ring the office. If the review exposes private information, report it under the platform's rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
