Home nursing services · Website

Build a site that tells a worried family who is coming and how to reach you tonight.

A website for a home nursing agency is the page a family opens on a phone to decide whether to ring you. GullySales works on its structure, the wording that separates nurse from attendant, and the call and WhatsApp buttons that stay within reach.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For home nursing services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone and in a hurry”

A family reads in a hospital corridor with one hand. A page that loads slowly, hides the number or asks for a long form loses them. The phone number and WhatsApp link sit on every page without scrolling.

  • “A list of staff types explains nothing”

Nurses, attendants, ayahs and caregivers on one line leave a family guessing which one their patient needs. Say what each can do, what each cannot and how an assessment decides, in sentences a layperson follows.

  • “Trust comes from facts a family can check”

Qualification, State Nursing Council registration for nurses, background checks and the replacement plan are things you can state and prove. Words like trusted or best are noise. State only what your records support.

What we do

What we deliver for home nursing services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site map by need and area

A structure with a page for each nursing need, a page for each area, an explainer and a contact page.

Result: A map in which every page has a clear job.

  2. Home page for the worried family

A home page that opens with who you send, the areas you cover, the call and WhatsApp buttons and the first questions you answer.

Result: A family sees the number and the services without scrolling.

  3. Nurse and attendant explainer

A page setting out what each person does, what the family prepares and how the agency decides which is needed.

Result: A page linked from every service page.

  4. Trust page with checkable facts

A page stating the checks you make on staff, who makes them and the replacement plan, using only what you can document.

Result: Each statement matches a record you hold.

  5. Mobile speed and accessibility check

Tests on a mid-range phone and a slow connection, with fixes to images, fonts and button sizes.

Result: The site opens and the buttons work on a basic phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these home nursing services.

  • ICU-trained nurse providers for oxygen, tube feeding and tracheostomy care
  • Nurse placement bureaus working through ward nurses and local doctors
  • Franchise home nursing branches working one neighbourhood

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should rates be on the site?
State what decides the rate, such as the type of nurse, the shift and the case, and invite a call for the figure. A fixed price without the case invites the wrong comparison. If you publish a rate, keep it current.
Do we need a booking form?
A short callback request is enough: name, phone, area and need. A long form loses a family in a hurry. Make sure someone answers every request.
Can we show photographs of nurses?
Yes, with each nurse's written consent and in uniform at your office or training, not in a patient's home. Rules on health advertising differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
