Orthopaedic equipment suppliers · Buyer persona

Write down who is holding the discharge note, and who is paying.

A buyer persona for an orthopaedic supplier describes the person who walks in or calls, which is seldom the patient alone. GullySales builds one persona for each of your main buyers from your counter, your orders and your referral sources.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Orthopaedic hospitals and clinics: show a real physical business scene illustrating Fracture clinic and casualty record. Register trauma cases with the injury, X-ray orders, the plaster or splint applied and the decision to treat or admit, all on the patient’s record.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For orthopaedic equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The patient and the buyer are different people”

A recovering patient cannot travel, so a spouse, a son or a neighbour comes in with the note. They have not seen the patient move, so the words they use for size and comfort come second-hand.

  • “The clinic buyer judges reliability, not price alone”

A physiotherapy centre manager wants the item in stock when a patient needs it and a supplier who answers the phone. A cheaper rate from a slow supplier costs them patients.

  • “The hospital purchase team asks for proof of range”

A procurement officer wants a product list, a demonstration and a named contact. They are comparing suppliers on paper, so a clear one-page range sheet reaches them before a salesperson does.

  • “The agency buyer sets up a whole room”

A home nursing agency arranging a bed, a commode and a walker for a returning patient buys several items at once and wants one delivery. They reward the supplier who treats it as a single order.

What we do

What we deliver for orthopaedic equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona card for the family buyer

A written profile of the relative who comes with the note, what they ask first and what worries them.

Result: A card your counter staff can read in a minute.

  2. Persona card for the clinic or centre

A profile of the person who orders for a physiotherapy centre, including what makes them switch supplier.

Result: A clear picture of who to approach and how.

  3. Persona card for the hospital purchase team

A profile of what a purchase team asks for before it trials a product.

Result: A one-page range sheet built to answer those asks.

  4. Persona card for the home care agency

A profile of the agency that arranges equipment for a patient returning home.

Result: A single-order offer for agencies.

  5. Checking the cards

A method for comparing each card against your orders and the reasons customers walked away.

Result: Cards you correct with what you see.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should a persona be based on real customers?
Yes, built from your own orders and conversations, with no customer named. We do not invent a profile. If your records are thin, we start from what your counter staff remember and correct it as you record more.
What number of personas do we need?
Start with the family buyer and the clinic buyer, as they bring the bulk of the orders for a shop of this kind. Add the agency and hospital persona only if you sell to them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
