Preventive health check-up centres · Local SEO

Be the centre that appears when someone searches for a health check-up near them.

Local SEO for a check-up centre is the work of making the centre's map listing, address and nearby-area pages accurate and complete, so people looking for a check-up close by find it. GullySales corrects the listing, writes area pages and builds the habit of keeping both current.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For preventive health check-up centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map listing is read before the website”

A person searching a check-up near me sees the map result first: name, address, hours, a photo, a phone button. If the hours are wrong or the packages are missing, they move down the list. The listing needs the same care as the front desk.

  • “Distance decides for some buyers and not others”

A working adult wants a centre close to the office or home. An adult child booking for a parent may pick a centre that has parking and a lift. The listing and the area pages should say what makes the centre easy to reach, in plain facts.

  • “Several branches need separate listings, not one shared”

A chain with centres in different localities that share a single listing confuses both people and search engines. Each branch needs its own name, address, phone and hours, and its own page describing what that branch offers.

  • “Corporate buyers still check the map”

An HR head who receives a proposal will search the centre's name to see whether it is a real, established place. A listing with a clear address and photos of the reception and the waiting area answers that doubt before it is voiced.

What we do

What we deliver for preventive health check-up centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Map listing clean-up

Name, address, categories of service, hours, phone number and website checked against what the centre says on its own signboard.

Result: A listing that matches the signboard line by line.

  2. Package and service entries on the listing

The main packages entered on the profile, each with a plain description and the fasting note, as the platform allows.

Result: Packages visible on the map profile.

  3. Area pages for localities served

A page for each locality or branch with directions, parking, how to reach by public transport and the slots offered there.

Result: One page per branch or locality, written for that place.

  4. A photo and posts routine

A list of photos to add, such as reception, sample collection area and consult room, and a plan for posts about slot openings.

Result: A photo checklist and a posting plan.

  5. A listing-accuracy check

A short checklist run whenever hours, a branch phone or a package changes, so the listing never lags behind the centre.

Result: A change checklist kept by the front desk.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask patients for reviews?
Platform rules on asking for reviews change, so check the platform's current rules. Health advertising rules also differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser. We do not advise using patient stories or testimonials in promotion.
We have three branches. Do all need a listing?
Each branch that a person can visit needs its own listing with its own address and phone. Sharing one listing across branches hides the nearer ones from people searching close to them.
Does local SEO bring corporate camps?
It helps a company find the centre when checking it out, but camps come from outreach. We use the listing and area pages as supporting proof, and the camp proposal does the selling.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
