Surgical hospitals · Website

Build a site where a family finds the surgeon, the operation, the cost range and a number.

A website for a surgical hospital is the place a family checks after a surgeon's advice and a referring doctor checks before naming you. GullySales plans the pages, the booking and enquiry routes and the content your surgeons and adviser approve.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For surgical hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is checked before anyone calls”

Families land on it from a search, a referral or the insurer list and decide whether to ring. Missing surgeon names, no cost guidance and a generic phone number send them to a hospital that shows these.

  • “A phone visitor sees a different site”

Visits come on a mobile held in a hospital corridor. A heavy page, a tiny phone number and a form that needs a desktop lose the visit. The call button and casualty number sit at the top of every page.

  • “Emergency and planned care need separate paths”

A visitor in an emergency needs the casualty number in the first screen. A planned patient needs surgeon pages and a consultation form. Sharing one contact page delays whichever visitor arrives in more of a hurry.

  • “Trust comes from named people”

A site that lists departments without names looks like a shell. Surgeon pages with registration details, consultation days and a photograph give the family someone to picture and the referring doctor someone to recommend.

What we do

What we deliver for surgical hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan

A map of pages: home, departments, each operation, each surgeon, cost and insurance, second opinion, casualty and contact.

Result: Every page has a purpose and a place in the menu.

  2. Surgeon and procedure page templates

Layouts that keep each page complete and consistent, filled with text agreed with the surgeon.

Result: New surgeons and operations are added without redesign.

  3. Enquiry and second-opinion forms

Short forms that ask the operation and the report held, and route to the right person at the desk.

Result: A submitted form reaches a named person with its source recorded.

  4. A mobile-first build

Pages designed for a phone first, with a call button, a casualty number and light pages.

Result: Open any page on a basic phone and reach the number in one tap.

  5. Privacy and consent wording

A privacy notice and a consent line on every form, checked by your adviser.

Result: Each form states what is collected and why.

  6. Analytics set up for enquiries

Tracking that records calls, form submissions and WhatsApp taps by page.

Result: The desk can see which pages produce enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need to rebuild the whole site?
Not always. We review the current site first. If the structure works, we add surgeon and procedure pages and fix the contact routes. A rebuild is advised only when the existing site cannot hold the pages.
Who maintains the site afterwards?
Agree this at the start. Someone at the hospital should own content changes such as consultation days and surgeon lists, with a person to review them. A page that still lists a surgeon who left damages trust.
Can we put patient stories on the site?
Be very careful. Rules on testimonials and patient consent differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser first. We recommend explanation, surgeon profiles and facility information instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
