Dental clinics · Branding

Look like the clinic a patient trusts with a drill, not just a clean logo.

Branding for a dental clinic covers the name, the signage, the uniform and the tone of every WhatsApp reply. All of it should say the same thing about how the clinic treats a nervous patient. GullySales sets this once and carries it across the website, the profile and every treatment page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For dental clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A calm, clinical look reduces first-visit anxiety”

Photos of a clean, modern chair and a clearly labelled sterilisation process reassure a patient before they ever sit down.

  • “The dentist's qualification belongs in the identity”

A clearly stated degree and specialisation on every material builds more trust than a slogan.

  • “Multi-branch clinics need one identity across locations”

A patient checking a second branch should recognise the same standard and pricing approach as the one they already visit.

What we do

What we deliver for dental clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Positioning line for the clinic

We check your name and tagline against the clinics around you and agree one line on what you are known for, such as painless root canals, implants or children's dentistry.

Result: A patient comparing three clinics on the same Maps search can tell yours apart.

  2. Identity kit sized for every place patients see you

Logo files, colours and type rules set up for the signboard, the Google profile, treatment pages, appointment cards and WhatsApp.

Result: The clinic looks the same everywhere, so a patient recognises it at each step.

  3. Dentist credentials shown the same way everywhere

Each dentist's degree, specialisation and registration presented one way on the website, the profile, visiting cards and the reception wall.

Result: A nervous patient knows who will treat them before they call.

  4. Photo brief for the chair, sterilisation and team

A shot list for the operatory, the sterilisation area and the team, so photos show your real clinic instead of stock smiles.

Result: The hygiene question is answered before the patient walks in.

  5. Wording for calls and WhatsApp replies

Ready wording for the first reply, appointment confirmations and questions about treatment cost, written calm and plain.

Result: Every patient hears the same reassuring clinic, whoever picks up.

  6. Consistency check across branches and print

A review of signage, the profile, the website, prescription pads and leaflets, with a written fix list in priority order.

Result: A patient visiting a second branch recognises the same standard.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Positioning in one sentence

The sentence a dental clinic fills in so a patient knows the dentist, the treatments and the area.

Dr [name], [registered qualification], treats [patient type] for [treatments] at our clinic in [area], and the patient gets [one thing] that a chain clinic does not give.

Who it is for
Name the patient and the need: a family wanting one dentist for everyone, a person needing braces, an adult considering an implant. Name the area, since patients choose near home.
What you do
State the treatments done on the premises and the dentist's registered qualification. Say when you refer, such as to an oral surgeon, so patients see that you know your limits.
What a patient gets that a chain clinic does not
Pick one habit for every patient: a treatment plan explained on paper before work begins, instruments sterilised in view, one dentist who follows the case.
The proof you can show
Show qualifications and registration, the sterilisation routine, clinic photographs and patient comments only where your council permits. Leave out before-and-after photographs and patient names.
Words clinics overuse and patients distrust
Strike 'painless', 'best dentist' and 'advanced technology'. Replace them with the procedure, the materials used and the dentist's training.
The name and tagline test
A name with 'dental' and the area tells a patient the trade and the place. Avoid names that sound like a salon or a chain you are not. Check council rules on how names and taglines may read.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the branding work runs

  1. 1

    Interview customers and team

We talk to real buyers, won and lost, and to people inside the business who deal with customers daily.

  2. 2

    Review the competitive field

We look at how the nearest competitors present themselves so the position is not accidentally identical.

  3. 3

    Draft the position

A first version of the positioning statement and messaging pillars is written and checked against what customers actually said.

  4. 4

    Test it against real conversations

The draft is tried out in a real sales call or two before it is finalised, since a position that does not survive a real conversation needs rework.

  5. 5

    Hand over the rollout brief

The final position, pillars and not-for list are documented for your team and any agency to apply consistently.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a full rebrand?
Rarely. Most clinics need consistency fixed across signage, the profile and treatment pages rather than a new identity.
Does branding affect how many patients call?
Yes, a consistent, professional look reduces the hesitation a first-time caller feels before dialling.
Should the clinic's board show the dentist's photograph?
Check your council's rules first, since advertising and board rules for dentists differ by state and body. The safe board carries the clinic name, the dentist's name, the qualification and the registration. A photograph can go on the website, where the page can explain who the dentist is.
How should the appointment card, bill and prescription look?
Make them one set: the same name, logo, address and colours, with the dentist's name, qualification and registration on each. Patients keep the card and the bill longer than any flyer. Put the next visit on the card in plain handwriting or print, and the clinic number below.
How soon would we see more patients?
Fixing reply time and the Maps profile shows in weeks, since the searches are already happening. Building reviews and ranking treatment pages takes months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most clinics benefit first from the profile and the reply routine. Advertising makes sense for a treatment where you need a chair filled this month.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
