Physiotherapy clinics · Lead generation
Bring in patients for the conditions your therapists specialise in treating.
Lead generation for a physio clinic means pointing search, content and surgeon referrals at the conditions your therapists are trained to treat. That is not the same as asking for physiotherapy patients in general. GullySales builds the pages and referral tracking to bring in the right enquiries.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means
Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For physiotherapy clinics
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A specialised enquiry converts better than a general one”
A patient searching specifically for sports injury rehab is a stronger enquiry for a clinic with that specialisation than a general ad.
“An orthopaedic referral goes cold too if nobody logs it”
A patient sent by a surgeon is a lead too, and the relationship only grows if the referral is tracked and the surgeon updated.
“A callback request beats a long intake form for acute pain”
A patient in pain gives a phone number for a callback far more readily than filling in a detailed online form.
What we do
What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Specialisation-matched landing pages
Pages built around the specific conditions your therapists are trained to treat, rather than a general physiotherapy pitch.
Result: Enquiries arrive already matched to what the clinic can actually offer.
Referral tracking and surgeon update loop
A simple log of which surgeon sent which patient, with a scheduled update sent back to them.
Result: A referring surgeon's relationship with the clinic keeps growing, not stalling.
A callback-request form for acute pain
A short form asking only for a phone number and condition, built for a patient who will not fill a long intake form.
Result: A patient in discomfort reaches out with the least possible friction.
Capacity-aware campaign targeting
Enquiry activity aimed at whichever condition currently has spare therapist time.
Result: New enquiries fill the appointment slots that are actually open.
How the result is measured
- Enquiries generated
- Cost per enquiry
- Enquiries by source
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Where enquiries come from
A physiotherapy clinic hears from surgeons, patients and employers, and each needs the condition noted in the patient's words.
- Orthopaedic surgeon or doctor referral
- Log the doctor, the procedure or diagnosis as the doctor wrote it and the protocol sent. Acknowledge the referral in writing and send a short update with the patient's consent.
- Patient call with acute pain
- Note the area, how long it has troubled them and whether they have a scan. Book the first visit, say nothing that sounds like a diagnosis and record the preferred slot.
- Home-visit enquiry from a Google profile
- Record the address, the condition and who will be at home. Check the home is within your visiting area and say what equipment you bring.
- Hospital discharge
- Log the hospital, the surgery and the date of discharge. Ask for the surgeon's rehab instructions and the follow-up date, and book the first session around them.
- Corporate HR or office manager
- Write the company, the staff count and the problem asked about, such as desk posture. Send an outline of an on-site session, and ask who approves the budget.
- Gym trainer or sports coach referral
- Record who sent the member and the injury as described. Do not offer any payment for referrals. Thank them and update them on the member's progress with the member's agreement.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- No one answers the phone at the hours the clinic is open, so more enquiries would go to voicemail.
- The clinic has not decided which conditions its therapists treat well, and would take callers it cannot help.
How it works
How the lead generation work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Understand your capacity
We ask how many enquiries your team can answer well, who answers after hours, and what a good enquiry looks like. Without this, the system fills a funnel nobody is watching.
- 2
Audit current sources
We read your call log, WhatsApp chats, enquiry sheet and platform dashboards. The baseline is recorded: enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order.
- 3
Strategise the channel mix
Search and maps are chosen for people ready to buy, ads for people who are not yet looking, and content and referrals for trust.
- 4
Implement capture and follow-up
Pages, forms, tags, the lead record and the first-reply message are built and tested end to end. We submit test enquiries ourselves before any media money is spent.
- 5
Measure and optimise
Enquiries are traced to source and judged by what became orders, not by volume alone. Channels that fill the sheet with poor enquiries are cut back. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.

Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
Step 1
Sales audit
Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.
Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.
Step 2 · you are here
Sales process design
One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.
Start here if every salesperson sells differently.
Step 3
Sales management
A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.
Start here if the team has targets and no routine.
