Physiotherapy clinics · Digital marketing
Combine search, referrals and WhatsApp reminders into one system.
Digital marketing for a physiotherapy clinic is four things pulling the same way: search, the Google Business Profile, WhatsApp reminders that keep a patient coming back for session six, and the orthopaedic surgeons who refer. GullySales runs all four and reports which one brought which completed course of treatment.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means
Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

Sales and marketing for physiotherapy clinics, the overview.

For physiotherapy clinics
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Referral relationships need digital support too”
A simple online form or WhatsApp number a surgeon's office can use to refer a patient removes friction that a phone-only process creates.
“Session reminders reduce the drop-off that hurts outcomes”
An automated reminder before each session cuts down on missed appointments that stall a patient's recovery.
“Local search matters most for acute injury searches”
A patient with sudden pain searches nearby and now, so local visibility carries more weight than broad brand awareness.
What we do
What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A WhatsApp referral channel
A simple WhatsApp number or form a surgeon's office can use to send a referral, instead of a phone-only process.
Result: A referred patient reaches the clinic with one message, not a chain of calls.
Automated session reminder system
A WhatsApp or SMS reminder sent to a patient before each booked session.
Result: A patient turns up for session six instead of quietly dropping out.
Local search and profile management
The Google Business Profile and local search presence kept current for acute-injury searches.
Result: A patient searching in sudden pain finds the clinic nearby and open.
Connected reporting by channel
A view of which channel, search, referral or WhatsApp, brought which enquiry.
Result: You know which channel deserves more attention and budget.
How the result is measured
- Enquiries across channels
- Cost per enquiry overall
- Channel mix by contribution
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Where to start for a clinic
Start with the condition a patient searches for and the surgeon who sends them.
- Business Profile
- State the physiotherapist's qualification and registration as the council requires, the address, hours and whether home visits are offered. Record calls and ask what the patient is looking for.
- Page for each condition
- Write what an assessment covers for a slipped disc, a frozen shoulder or a post-knee-surgery recovery, and what to bring. Avoid cure and recovery claims. Record which page enquiries name.
- Referral relationships
- List orthopaedic surgeons, general physicians and gynaecologists near you. Offer a short progress note with the patient's consent. Never offer payment for referrals. Record each patient sent.
- Session reminders on WhatsApp
- With the patient's consent, send a reminder before each session and note who missed. Reminders concern the appointment, not the condition. Record the consent in the file.
- Course completion record
- Write each patient's start date, sessions attended and whether they finished the course advised. Look at where patients stop before you spend more on getting new ones.
- What to leave until later
- Do not begin with ads, before and after photographs, patient videos or recovery claims. Advertising rules for health professionals differ by body and change, so check with your own council.
Who it is for
This is written for these physiotherapy clinics.
- Sports injury and orthopaedic rehab clinics
- Post-surgical rehabilitation centres
- Neuro-rehabilitation clinics
- Prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy practices
- Geriatric and home-visit physiotherapy services
- Paediatric physiotherapy clinics

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- The desk cannot rebook a missed session yet, so more traffic would add patients who then drop away.
- The clinic lacks a correct map listing and condition pages, which must be in place before any spend.
How it works
How the digital marketing work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Agree the one aim
We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.
- 2
Check what is ready
We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.
- 3
Write the idea and the message sheet
We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.
- 4
Brief every channel from the same sheet
Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.
- 5
Run on the shared calendar
Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.
- 6
Measure as one campaign
Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.
