Physiotherapy clinics · Apartment advertising
Reach the blocks a patient can reach with a bad knee.
Apartment advertising for a physiotherapy clinic is media inside the societies near your door: the notice board, the lift panel, and a weekend morning at the clubhouse. GullySales takes the association's written permission first, picks the communities by what a patient will actually walk, and puts a code on the panel that only those blocks use.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What apartment advertising means
Apartment advertising is media and activity inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a Sunday stall. GullySales gets the association's written permission first, because anything put up without it comes down.

Sales and marketing for physiotherapy clinics, the overview.

For physiotherapy clinics
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A patient in pain measures distance in stairs”
A tower four hundred metres away across a main road is further than one a kilometre down your own lane. Draw the list by what a stiff knee will cross.
“The senior citizens' group is the room that matters”
Knee replacement recovery, back pain and balance work after a fall sit with the residents who meet on a weekday morning. Ask the secretary about that group before asking about lift panels.
“Home visits are what a gated community acts on”
A resident who cannot drive after surgery reads a panel offering visits to their tower differently from one giving a clinic address. Name the blocks you cover.
“The surgeon still sends the rehab patient”
Panels bring in the acute back, the sprain and the elderly parent at home. Post-surgical courses keep arriving through the orthopaedic surgeon, and no notice board changes that.
What we do
What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Community list by what a patient will walk
Societies inside the distance your current patients already travel, with the crossings, stairs and auto stands between each gate and your door noted.
Result: You pay for blocks people can reach while in pain.
Written permission before anything is printed
The secretary or facility manager agreeing the format, the wall and the period on paper, because a poster without that comes down by morning.
Result: The print order matches the societies that said yes.
Format settled society by society
Lift panels in one, a notice board in the next, and a clubhouse morning where the committee would rather have a person than a poster.
Result: Each community gets the format its own committee allows.
A clubhouse morning run by a therapist
One weekend slot where a physiotherapist does posture and gait checks, with the name, the block and the complaint written down as people come.
Result: You leave with a list of residents and what hurts.
One code per society
A WhatsApp number or offer code used inside those gates and nowhere else, so an enquiry can be put down to the tower it came from.
Result: You can name the blocks that produce patients.
Dated photographs from every board
A picture with the date from each notice board and lift panel when the month starts, and another before anything is renewed.
Result: Nobody pays for a poster a watchman took down.
How the result is measured
- Communities covered
- Permissions in writing
- Enquiries quoting the community code
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
How it is bought, and approved
A physiotherapy clinic should ask each society the same short list of questions before a therapist sets foot in the clubhouse.
- Committee and the senior citizens' group
- The committee permits the format; the senior citizens' group meets in a space the committee controls. Ask the committee to introduce you in writing rather than approaching members at their meeting.
- Panel, board and clubhouse morning, one by one
- Ask for each format by name. A clubhouse morning may be refused where the hall is booked for yoga or children's classes, so ask for the free hours first.
- Your council's current norms
- Advertising rules for physiotherapists differ by state and body and change. Check with your own council before printing, and keep recovery claims off the panel.
- A therapist's papers and the rule on treatment
- Ask whether the society wants your registration papers and a note that no treatment is given on site. A posture talk and a basic movement check are different from therapy.
- Code per society and a dated photograph
- Give each society its own code on the panel and keep a dated photograph, so a new patient who quotes the code can be traced to the building.
Who it is for
This is written for these physiotherapy clinics.
- Sports injury and orthopaedic rehab clinics
- Post-surgical rehabilitation centres
- Neuro-rehabilitation clinics
- Prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy practices
- Geriatric and home-visit physiotherapy services
- Paediatric physiotherapy clinics
- Chronic pain management clinics
- Corporate ergonomics and workplace physiotherapy consultants
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- The clinic has no ground-floor or lift access, so a poster in a block would draw people it cannot easily seat.
- No therapist is free for a home visit, and a notice offering them would turn into a list of refusals.
How it works
How the apartment advertising work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Draw the ring
We agree how far a resident will realistically come to you. For a salon that is two or three societies. For a diagnostic centre it is the whole main road.
- 2
Shortlist and verify the societies
Which are self-managed and which are under a facility company, who the gatekeeper is, which trades they allow, and what they charge on their own account.
- 3
Get permission and quote properly
Permission letters are collected first. Only then do you see a rate, and it includes the society fee rather than surprising you with it later.
- 4
Print, install and audit
Artwork goes to each format's exact size, installation is scheduled with the facility manager, and every lobby is photographed with a date.
- 5
Run the activity
The clubhouse weekend is booked inside the display month, when your name is already on the wall of the lift they came down in.
- 6
Read it society by society
Calls and walk-ins are counted per code and the list is cut. A few societies carry a campaign and the rest carry nothing, and the numbers show which.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.
Kerur Pain Clinic
- Situation
- The clinic had no website setting out its services, so a patient weighing it up had nothing to read before deciding to come in.
- What we did
- Competitors mapped
- A website that answers the patient
- On-page and local search work
- Link building and technical fixes
- Result
- No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
Step 1
Sales audit
Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.
Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.
Step 2 · you are here
Sales process design
One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.
Start here if every salesperson sells differently.
Step 3
Sales management
A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.
Start here if the team has targets and no routine.
