Appliance repair technicians · Lead generation

Get calls for the appliances you repair best, from households that will pay for the visit.

Lead generation for an appliance technician means turning a broken geyser, chimney or mixer into a call that reaches you before it reaches the next name on the list. GullySales works on the sources that send those calls and on keeping a note of which appliance each one was about.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For appliance repair technicians

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The call comes from a broken thing, not from a plan”

A household does not browse for a technician. The geyser fails, the mixer jar stops turning, and the first number that looks local gets the call. Your job is to be the number already in the phone or the first entry on the map.

  • “A fault call and a paid repair are different leads”

Some callers want a price over the phone and never open the door. Others book the visit and pay for the part. Counting both as one kind of lead hides which appliances and which sources send the callers who actually pay.

  • “Buildings send more calls than single households”

A society office, a landlord with several flats or a small restaurant owns a whole set of appliances and needs the same person each time. One good job for a building manager can bring a stream of calls that no advertisement would.

  • “A missed call while you are on a ladder is a lost lead”

You are inside a chimney hood when the phone rings, and the caller tries the next technician within a minute. Lead generation that ignores who answers the phone during a job only fills a bucket with a hole in it.

What we do

What we deliver for appliance repair technicians.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A source list by appliance

A written list of where geyser calls, chimney calls and mixer calls each came from, kept from the first week of work.

Result: You can read which source sends which appliance.

  2. A call note that records the fault

A short form, on paper or in a phone note, with the brand, model, fault, locality and whether the visit was booked.

Result: Every call leaves a line you can count later.

  3. A building and restaurant approach

A one-page offer for society offices, landlords and kitchen owners, with the appliances covered and how a call-out is handled.

Result: A proposal ready to hand over or send on WhatsApp.

  4. A missed-call reply

A message that goes back to a caller you could not answer, asking for the appliance and the fault so you can ring back prepared.

Result: A caller you missed gets a reply instead of silence.

  5. A paid-visit tally

A running count of calls, booked visits and paid repairs, split by appliance.

Result: You can see which appliance turns calls into money.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should I pay for leads from a home-service app?
Work out what the platform fee and fixed price leave after the part is bought. Some technicians use an app to fill gaps and keep their own phone number for repeat work. Check the platform's current rules before you build your plan around it.
Which appliance should I push first?
Start with the one that already brings paid repairs and has parts you can get easily. A repair you can complete on the first visit builds reviews faster than one that waits on a part.
Do I need a website to get leads?
Not to start. A complete Google profile and a phone you answer carry the first calls. A website helps when you want a page for each appliance and a place for building managers to read your offer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
