Babysitting agencies · Local SEO

Appear on the map when a parent in your locality needs a sitter by evening.

Local SEO for a babysitting agency is how the Maps listing, reviews and locality pages tell a nearby parent that you place sitters in their neighbourhood. GullySales works on the listing, the locality wording and the way reviews are asked for, with care for a parent's privacy.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For babysitting agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent is looking for a sitter who can reach the home”

A sitter from across the city adds an hour of travel and a reason to quit. State the localities you serve on the listing and the site, so a parent in a distant suburb is not disappointed and a parent in your area is reassured.

  • “Your office may be a flat, not a shop”

Some agencies work from a small office or a home address. Check the platform's current rules on service-area businesses, and choose with care whether to show the address or the area you serve.

  • “Reviews from parents are rare and valuable”

A parent will rarely write about a stranger in the home. Ask gently, after the trial has gone well, and let the parent leave a review without naming the child or the address.

  • “Photos have to protect everyone in them”

Show the office, the team and sitters who have agreed. Never post a child, a home interior or a street name that identifies a family.

What we do

What we deliver for babysitting agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Listing setup and service check

Business name, service areas, hours, description and services, set up to match what the agency really offers.

Result: A listing that names the localities and shifts you serve.

  2. Locality wording

A line on each page about the areas you place in and how sitters travel there, written only where it is true.

Result: Parents see their own area named on the site.

  3. A review request routine

A polite message the team sends after a good trial day, with privacy guidance for the parent.

Result: The team knows when to ask and what to say.

  4. Question and answer set

Short answers to the questions parents ask about checks, trials and replacements, added to the listing.

Result: The listing answers the usual doubts before the call.

  5. Mention and listing consistency

A check that name, area and phone match across directories and parent forums.

Result: One agency name and phone shown the same way everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we show our home address on the listing?
That is your decision. Platforms have current rules for businesses that serve customers at their homes, so read them and choose whether to show an address or only the areas served.
A parent left a harsh review. What do we do?
Reply politely, offer a call, and do not argue the details of a family's home in public. Future parents judge the tone of the reply as much as the complaint.
Should sitters be named on the listing?
Only with each sitter's agreement, and only by first name or role. Sitters are private people working in other families' homes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
