Elderly companionship services · Social media

Show the family the evening a companion makes, without showing the parent.

Social media marketing for an elderly companionship service is the work of speaking to adult children and local referrers through posts that show how a visit works. GullySales works on what to post, what to leave out and how to protect the privacy of the older people you serve.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For elderly companionship services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is the child, not the senior”

The person scrolling is a son or daughter in their working years, frequently abroad. Posts should speak to their worry about a parent alone and show the arrangement, not address an older person who is not on the platform.

  • “A photograph of a client is a risk”

An older person who is lonely may agree to a picture and regret it. Faces, homes and names stay out of posts, and a family that has not been asked is not featured.

  • “Companion stories build trust faster than service lists”

A post about how you select and train a companion answers the real question, who will be in my parent's home. It does more than a list of services.

  • “A community page can reach referrers”

Senior citizens' clubs, resident associations and retirement communities run their own groups. Useful posts there reach the people who hear about a lonely older neighbour before any family searches.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly companionship services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan with privacy rules

A written rule for what may be shown, who must agree and what is never posted, applied to every post.

Result: No post exposes a senior or a family.

  2. Posts that explain a visit

Short posts on what a companion does during an outing, an errand or a hospital visit, written as plain description.

Result: A family can picture the visit before the call.

  3. Companion introductions with consent

A profile of a companion, their languages and what they enjoy, posted with their agreement.

Result: Families see who might come to the door.

  4. Material for clubs and associations

A post and a printable note for the groups where older residents and their neighbours talk.

Result: Local referrers have something to share.

  5. A reply guide for messages and comments

Wording for the questions that arrive in direct messages, including what to say when the need is nursing.

Result: Replies are consistent whoever answers.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should come first?
The one your families use. Check where enquiries come from before you choose. Families abroad may use Facebook and Instagram, while local referrers sit in WhatsApp groups.
Can we post testimonials?
Only with the family's clear permission, and without the parent's face or address. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser.
Should we run paid posts?
Only after the organic posts and the reply routine work. Boosting a post that sends a family to a slow answer wastes the spend, and the wording must still keep nursing enquiries out. Check the platform's current rules on advertising to a chosen audience.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
