Garage door companies · Website

A garage door website works when the phone number is under the thumb.

A website for a garage door company is two things at once: a page that gets a stranded homeowner to call, and a gallery that helps a slower buyer choose a new door. GullySales designs both, and keeps them from getting in each other's way.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For garage door companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The emergency visitor needs a number, not a menu”

Someone on a phone with a snapped spring will not read your history. The call button, the service area and a line on arrival windows belong above the first scroll, with nothing in the way.

  • “The replacement buyer wants to see doors on houses”

A catalogue photograph says little. A photograph of a door you fitted on a street the visitor recognises says more. Sorting your own installations by style and neighbourhood does the persuading.

  • “Service area pages must be real”

A page per town that only swaps the town name reads as filler to visitors and to search engines. Each page needs the jobs you have done there, the dispatch reality and a number that rings your office.

  • “Forms belong where nobody is stranded”

A request-a-quote form suits the door shopper. On the repair page it competes with the phone. Placing each in the right place saves a lost call.

What we do

What we deliver for garage door companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A mobile-first repair page

A page for spring, cable and opener repair with the call button, service area and an honest note on arrival windows at the top.

Result: A visitor reaches a person with one tap.

  2. A replacement gallery from your own installs

Photographs of doors you fitted, sorted by style, material and street, each with the details a buyer asks about.

Result: A buyer can find a door like the one they want.

  3. Service area pages with real content

One page per area you actually serve, built from jobs and local knowledge rather than a template.

Result: Each page has something only your company can say.

  4. Call and form tracking

Tracking numbers and form tracking linked to your CRM so you see which page produced which enquiry.

Result: You know which pages bring the phone calls.

  5. A quote request form with photograph upload

A short form that lets a homeowner send a photograph of their door and the size, ready for a technician to price.

Result: Quotes start with the information a technician needs.

  6. Plain-language speed and accessibility checks

A review of loading and readability on an ordinary phone, with fixes listed in order.

Result: The site works on the phone your customer holds.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these garage door companies.

  • Residential repair and service companies running one to five trucks
  • Garage door dealers with a showroom
  • Opener and smart-opener specialists
  • Commercial door companies working rolling steel and dock equipment
  • New construction installers working for homebuilders
  • Spring and cable repair specialists
  • Custom carriage and wood door builders
  • Franchise locations that need local work beyond the brand's leads

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you fix the one we have?
We read the current site first, then tell you. If the pages are sound and only the phone number is buried, we fix it. If the structure works against a stranded caller, we rebuild. We will say which, and why, in writing.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain and hosting sit in an account in your name, and we give you the credentials we use. Check the terms of any platform you choose, since each sets its own.
Should the site show prices?
Show what you can honestly stand behind, such as a service fee or a range with the reasoning. A single fixed figure draws comparison with bait advertising. The script on the phone and the wording on the page should say the same thing.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
