Pet boarding services · Social media

Let owners watch a day at your place before they ever pick up the phone.

Social media marketing for a pet boarding business is showing the routine, the staff and the animals so an owner can picture their own pet there. GullySales works on what you post, how the feed is organised and how a comment turns into a booking message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For pet boarding services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The routine is the content”

Owners want to see feeding, walks, play and bedtime. Ordinary footage of the staff doing ordinary things answers more doubts than a polished advert, and it costs nothing beyond a phone and a habit.

  • “Consent for other people's pets”

Photographs of a guest dog belong to the owner. Ask before you post, keep a note of the permission, and keep the feed from becoming a gallery of animals whose owners never agreed.

  • “Dog-owner pages are where the neighbours are”

City dog groups and breed pages sit beside the apartment WhatsApp groups. A reel that tags the locality reaches owners who are about to ask where to leave their dog.

  • “Posting only at festival time looks like a stranger”

A feed that wakes up before Diwali and sleeps again does not feel like care. Regular posts through the quiet weeks make the holiday appeal look like the same people you have already been watching.

What we do

What we deliver for pet boarding services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shot list for a normal day

Arrival, feeding, walks, play, naps and handover, listed so staff know what to film.

Result: You always have fresh material without planning a shoot.

  2. A consent note for guest animals

A short WhatsApp message and a record of which owners agreed to photographs.

Result: You can show guests without arguments later.

  3. A reel format you can repeat

A simple structure for a short video: the animal, the activity, the staff member and the locality.

Result: Posting becomes a routine and not a creative struggle.

  4. A highlight set on Instagram

Saved stories for the sleeping area, the exercise space, cats, puppies and how a booking works.

Result: A new visitor finds the answers without scrolling.

  5. A comment-to-booking reply

Prepared replies that move a question in the comments to a WhatsApp conversation.

Result: Interest on the feed reaches the number you actually answer.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pet boarding services.

  • Kennel-style boarding centres in towns and city outskirts
  • Home boarders who keep a few dogs in their own house
  • Boarding attached to a grooming salon or pet shop
  • Veterinary clinics with a boarding ward
  • Cat boarding rooms and catteries
  • Farmhouse boarding with open runs
  • Long-stay boarding for owners relocating or on postings
  • Boarding that includes pickup and drop in the city

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need to post every day?
No. A steady pace you can keep is better than a burst you drop. Choose a rhythm your staff can sustain, and keep it through the quiet months.
Is it fine to post owners' dogs?
Only with the owner's agreement. Ask at admission, record it, and leave out any animal whose owner declined. Check the platform's current rules on the content you post.
Will social media bring bookings?
It builds familiarity, and owners who know the place book more readily. We cannot promise a number of bookings from posts alone.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
