Pet boarding services · Website

Give the owner one page that shows the place, the rules and the next step.

A website for a pet boarding business is the page an owner reads after the Maps listing and before the message, showing the place, the rules and how to book. GullySales works on what goes on the page, how it is organised and how it connects to your WhatsApp number.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pet boarding services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visit is replaced by the page”

Owners who cannot drop in look at the site to judge the place. Photographs of the run, sleeping area and staff, with a short video, do the work of a walk round.

  • “House rules belong on the page”

Vaccination requirements, advance, cancellation, pickup times and what to bring save repeated questions. A clear page shows professionalism and protects you from arguments at admission.

  • “Built for the phone, one hand”

Owners read on a phone, between other tasks. The page needs a big tap-to-call and WhatsApp button, short paragraphs and photographs that load without waiting.

  • “A site that is never updated looks closed”

Dates for Diwali that passed two years ago, or a rate that is out of date, make owners wonder whether anyone is there. Keep the seasonal notice current.

What we do

What we deliver for pet boarding services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that answers the first questions

What you board, where you are, how many animals share a space, and how to book.

Result: An owner understands the place from the first screen.

  2. A page for house rules and papers

Vaccination, advance, cancellation, medication and what to bring, written plainly.

Result: Owners know the rules before they message.

  3. A gallery with consent

Photographs and a video of the run, play area, sleeping area and staff, with permission for any guest animal shown.

Result: The place can be judged without a visit.

  4. A booking button that opens WhatsApp

A tap that starts a message with the dates, species and breed already asked for.

Result: The enquiry arrives with the details you need.

  5. A seasonal notice you can edit

A box on the home page for holiday availability and booking dates.

Result: The page tells the truth about the coming weeks.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pet boarding services.

  • Kennel-style boarding centres in towns and city outskirts
  • Home boarders who keep a few dogs in their own house
  • Boarding attached to a grooming salon or pet shop
  • Veterinary clinics with a boarding ward
  • Cat boarding rooms and catteries
  • Farmhouse boarding with open runs
  • Long-stay boarding for owners relocating or on postings
  • Boarding that includes pickup and drop in the city

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a website if I have a Maps profile?
A profile covers the basic searches. A website adds space for rules, cat boarding, long stays and pickup areas. Look at what enquiries ask that the profile cannot show.
What should be on the page?
The place, the animals you take, the rules and the way to book. Leave out claims you cannot back, and anything you will not keep.
How do I keep it updated?
Choose a page that you or your staff can edit. Set the holiday notice before each season and check the rules when they change.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
