Pet daycare services · Social media

Show the dogs' day so owners can picture leaving theirs.

Social media marketing for a pet daycare is showing what happens between drop-off and pick-up, in photos and short videos, to owners who follow dogs in the city. GullySales works on what you post, how it is permitted and how a viewer turns into an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For pet daycare services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners follow dogs, and then the places dogs go”

The household that follows breed pages and city dog groups is already inside the habit. A reel of your group at play meets them where they are, and a post about fees and hours does not.

  • “A dog that is seen is another owner's permission”

An owner who sees their own dog on your page tells the family. That works only if consent is asked first, so the form at admission should say plainly that photos may be posted, and ask the owner to accept or decline.

  • “Posting everything is not the same as showing the day”

A feed of cute close-ups does not tell a worried owner how the dogs are grouped or when they rest. A few clear clips of arrival, play, the nap hour and pick-up say a feed full of happy faces.

  • “A message from a stranger needs a reply that fits the phone”

Someone who comments 'rates?' or sends a direct message expects an answer in the same app. A saved reply that asks about the dog and offers a trial day keeps the exchange from dying in the inbox.

What we do

What we deliver for pet daycare services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan for the ordinary day

A short list of scenes to film: arrival, play by size, rest hour, pick-up. Each is reusable across posts.

Result: A shelf of footage you can cut into posts.

  2. A consent line for photographs

One sentence for the admission form and a record of which owners agreed to being shown.

Result: You know which dogs can appear on the page.

  3. Reels that answer one question each

Grouping, the rest hour, the first-day introduction and the pick-up, each as its own short video.

Result: An owner can find the answer they are worried about.

  4. Saved replies for comments and messages

Short answers for rates, hours, pickup areas and trial days that end with a question about the dog.

Result: Each message moves toward a trial-day booking.

  5. A profile that points to one action

Bio, pinned post and link all lead to the trial-day booking.

Result: A viewer knows the next step without scrolling.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pet daycare services.

  • Neighbourhood daycares in apartment-heavy localities
  • Daycares near IT parks and business districts
  • Daycare run from a grooming salon or pet shop
  • Small-dog and puppy-only daycares
  • Daycare with an outdoor play space on city outskirts
  • Daycare offering pickup and drop vans
  • Part-time daycare for dogs of remote workers
  • Daycares for cats and small animals

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for a daycare?
Instagram suits short videos of dogs, and Facebook groups reach apartment and neighbourhood owners. Pick the one where your owners already are and do it properly before opening a second.
Is it safe to post owners' dogs?
Ask first and record the answer. Some owners would rather not show their home area or their dog's name, so offer a way to decline. Check each platform's current rules about content and promotion.
Should we run paid posts?
After the organic posts bring enquiries you can answer. Boosting a clip for owners near an office cluster is a sensible test, read against trial days booked and not against likes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
