Pet daycare services · Website

Give the owner one page that answers the hours, the packs and the first day.

A website for a pet daycare is the place that shows the space, the day's routine, the packs and the pickup areas in more detail than a listing can hold. GullySales works on what each page says and how it leads the owner to a trial-day booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pet daycare services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner arrives with three questions”

Where do you pick up from, what does a day look like and what does a pack cost? A home page that buries these under a story about the founder makes the owner go back and try another daycare.

  • “A page for a puppy and a page for an adult dog”

A puppy owner asks about shots and safe mixing, and an adult dog's owner asks about grouping and long days. One page for both answers neither well, so each group needs its own entry point.

  • “Photographs of the real place beat stock images”

A picture of a happy dog taken somewhere else tells the owner nothing. Your own yard, rest area and staff are the proof, and owners compare them against what they see on the visit.

  • “A slow or cluttered page loses the phone visitor”

The owner is on a phone, perhaps in a meeting. If the trial-day button sits below a slow image or a pop-up, the visit ends before the enquiry begins.

What we do

What we deliver for pet daycare services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built around three questions

Pickup areas, a day in the routine and the packs, each reachable with one tap.

Result: An owner finds the answers without hunting.

  2. Pages for puppies and for adult dogs

Separate entry pages with the relevant shots rule, grouping and first-day steps.

Result: Each owner reads a page written for their dog.

  3. A packs and hours page

Weekday pack, half-day option, trial day and holiday hours laid out plainly.

Result: The owner can see what is offered before calling.

  4. A trial-day booking form

A short form asking breed, age, shots, working hours and locality, connected to your WhatsApp.

Result: A booking arrives with the facts needed to reply.

  5. A page speed and phone check

Each page tested on a small screen for load time, button placement and readability.

Result: The booking button is reachable on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What pages does a daycare site need?
Home, packs and hours, pickup areas, a day in the routine, a puppy page, an about page and a booking form. Add area pages and articles once owners ask for more than these cover.
Do we need online payment on the site?
Not at the start. A booking form that leads to a WhatsApp conversation is enough for a small daycare. Add payment when your packs and rules are settled enough to automate.
Who should own the domain and the site?
The daycare. Keep the domain and hosting in your own name and ask whoever builds the site for the logins, so a change of vendor never takes the site away.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
