Shoe repair shops · Website

A small site that lists every repair and answers the call you cannot take.

A website for a shoe repair shop is a small set of pages that name each repair, show finished work and make the next step a call or a WhatsApp message. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the contact route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For shoe repair shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is holding a broken shoe, on a phone”

The page is opened one-handed, with a damaged pair beside the phone. A slow design, tiny buttons or a form with a long run of boxes is abandoned. A large call button and a WhatsApp link do the work.

  • “Repair names are the navigation”

A menu that says services tells a visitor nothing. A menu that lists soles, straps, zips, bags and polishing lets them find their own fault straight away.

  • “A price list invites an argument; an explanation ends one”

Rates depend on the material, the damage and the pair. Saying what changes the quote, and inviting a photograph for a fair figure, is closer to how the work is done than a fixed list you will be asked to cut.

  • “Schools and plants need their own page”

An admin person looks for a collection day, a rate sheet and a contact. A page built for them, kept apart from the page for walk-ins, answers their questions and can be forwarded to a colleague.

What we do

What we deliver for shoe repair shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page with a call button

The shop name, location, hours, the repairs taken and one large button to call or open WhatsApp.

Result: A visitor knows what to do in one glance.

  2. A page for each repair

Resoling, strap repair, zip replacement, polishing and bag mending, each with photographs and a short account of the work.

Result: Search and visitors both find the exact repair.

  3. A gallery of finished work

Before and after photographs of real repairs, with a line on what was done and what was left.

Result: The skill is shown, not claimed.

  4. A location and hours page

A map, a landmark, parking or bus stop notes, holiday closures and a link to the Maps listing.

Result: A visitor can reach the bench.

  5. A page for schools, offices and plants

What you repair for a batch, how collection works and what the bill shows, with a contact for the admin person.

Result: A batch buyer can forward one page to the approver.

  6. A photo-quote form that opens WhatsApp

A short form or button that starts a chat asking for two photographs of the pair.

Result: A site visit becomes a photo quote.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have a Maps listing?
The listing answers where and when. A website holds the repair pages, the gallery and the batch page that a listing cannot, and gives search more words to match against.
Should we show prices on the site?
Show what changes the price and invite a photograph. If you decide to publish a fixed rate for a common job, keep it honest and current, since a stale figure causes arguments at the counter.
Who updates the site when things change?
You can hand changes to GullySales, such as new hours or a festival closure, or learn to make them yourself. Decide which at the start, so the hours on the site always match the listing.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
