Business hotels · Website

Build a site that an admin executive can use to compare you in one sitting.

A website for a business hotel is the page a travel desk or a traveller reads to decide whether the hotel suits a working stay. GullySales works on its structure, its facts and its booking routes, so the site answers an admin team's questions and sends the enquiry to your sales manager.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For business hotels

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The desk wants facts above the photographs”

Admin executives look for distance to the site, breakfast hours, invoice type, Wi-Fi and meeting space. A site opening on a full-screen lobby image makes them scroll for what they came for.

  • “Corporate enquiries need their own door”

A guest booking one night and a company asking for a rate contract are different visitors. A page for corporate accounts, with a short form, spares the second from using a booking engine built for the first.

  • “The phone is the screen”

A traveller on a taxi ride searches on a mobile, in poor signal. Heavy pages, small buttons and a booking engine that fails on a phone send them to the app that works.

  • “The direct route has to beat the app”

If a guest finds the same room cheaper or easier on an OTA, your site has no use. Show the direct benefit plainly, such as early check-in or a free late checkout, next to the rate.

What we do

What we deliver for business hotels.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A corporate accounts page

Rate process, invoice details, cancellation terms and an enquiry form for companies asking for a contract.

Result: A desk can start an account without calling.

  2. Pages for nearby places

One page for each park, plant, hospital or office cluster, with travel time and the facilities guests ask about.

Result: A search for a place lands on a page written for it.

  3. A meeting and training room page

Capacity, layouts, equipment and a day-package sheet, with a form that goes to the person who prices it.

Result: Training heads send the right details first time.

  4. A mobile check

The site opened and used on common phones, on a slow connection, with the booking path tested end to end.

Result: You know a guest on a poor signal can still book.

  5. Booking routes on every page

A call button, WhatsApp link and booking link placed where the reader decides.

Result: No page ends without a way to reach you.

  6. Clear policies in plain text

Check-in, checkout, cancellation, GST and payment terms written out, not hidden in a file to download.

Result: A desk reads your terms before they ask.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
The old one can be fixed if it loads properly on a phone and you can edit it yourselves. We look at it first and tell you which parts to keep, so the decision rests on what we find.
Should the booking engine sit on our own site?
Yes, if the engine works well on a mobile and shows the direct benefit. A guest sent to a separate page with a different look may think they have left your hotel.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
