Gaming zones and VR arcades · Local SEO

Be the place on the map when a group decides where to play.

Local SEO for a gaming zone or VR arcade puts your Google profile, photographs and reviews in front of players searching nearby. GullySales works on the profile, the review replies and the details a group checks before choosing a venue.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For gaming zones and VR arcades

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Players decide on the map”

A student with a free evening searches on a phone and picks from the first few results. Rating, photographs, hours and distance decide it, before any website is opened.

  • “Hours and slot information go stale”

Late nights, exam-season hours and holiday timings differ. A profile that shows the wrong hours loses visits and invites bad reviews.

  • “Reviews are read as a menu”

Players read reviews to learn about queues, equipment and staff. A review that mentions the headsets or a particular game helps the next player, and a reply from the owner shows the zone is run attentively.

  • “Neighbouring zones are close”

Another venue may be two streets away. The profile must say what is different, such as a game, a group room or a membership, so the player has a reason to choose you.

What we do

What we deliver for gaming zones and VR arcades.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile optimisation

Primary type, services, attributes, hours and photographs completed and consistent.

Result: The profile shows what the zone offers.

  2. Hours and special notice routine

A way to update holiday and event hours on the profile.

    Result: Visitors see correct hours.

  3. Review request and reply guide

A message that asks players to mention the game and the experience, and reply templates in your voice.

Result: Reviews are specific and answered.

  4. Photograph plan

A list of images to add, such as stations, VR area, lounge and entrance.

    Result: The profile looks current.

  5. Directory consistency

Name, address and phone number matched across the listings players use.

Result: Listings agree with each other.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we offer a discount for reviews?
Platforms set rules on incentivised reviews. Check the platform's current rules before offering anything, and never write reviews yourselves.
What if a nearby zone copies our offers?
Keep the profile focused on what is yours: your games, your group room, your league nights. We cannot stop copying, but a clear identity helps players remember you.
Do we need a landmark in the profile name?
Use your real business name. Adding extra words to the name breaks the platform's rules. A clear address and a clear description do the work.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
