Show up when someone searches for a place to play tonight.

SEO for a gaming zone or VR arcade makes your pages appear when people search for a console lounge, a VR experience or a place for a birthday session. GullySales works on page content, game lists and photographs that match how players and parents search.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For gaming zones and VR arcades

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “People search by game and by occasion”

Phrases about a particular console, a racing simulator or a VR experience, and phrases about a birthday or a team outing, are how new players arrive. A site that only lists the zone's name matches none.

  • “The game list is a search asset”

Players want to know which titles are available. A current, plain list of games and machines, kept up to date, answers searches that an out-of-date list loses.

  • “A booking page should exist on the site”

If the only route to book is a phone call, visitors who prefer to check first leave. A page that explains slots, sessions and how to reserve ranks and converts better.

  • “Photographs of the actual room matter”

A dark, vague image of a headset does not help. Clear photographs of the room, the stations and the lounge show a parent or a group what they are walking into.

What we do

What we deliver for gaming zones and VR arcades.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search map by game and occasion

A list of the words players and parents use, matched to pages.

Result: Each page targets a clear set of searches.

  2. Game and station pages

Pages for consoles, PC stations, racing rigs and VR, with titles, age notes and session details you supply.

Result: A visitor sees what is on offer.

  3. Group and birthday pages

Pages for parties, clubs and office teams.

Result: Organisers land on a page written for their need.

  4. Photograph and caption set

Current photographs with captions, sized for phones.

Result: The room is shown as it is.

  5. Technical fixes

Mobile layout, page speed, titles and headings corrected.

Result: Fixes are listed and rechecked.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a page for every game?
No. Make pages for the games and experiences people search for and ask about. A good list page covers the rest.
How do we show prices?
Show the rates you set, and keep them current. We do not invent prices and we mark when a page was last updated.
Will SEO bring parents or students?
It brings whoever the pages speak to. Separate pages for parents and for students let each see what matters to them.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
